No one knows anything, you ask the cashiers or the workers where the buses are, no one can really explain. Probably, those who often travel from here are not a problem. For beginners, you need to arrive a little earlier. The management probably needs to hang some signs, make the building brighter. This is my opinion, and so have a nice trip.

Everything is bad: screaming taxi drivers near the train station trying to catch a customer, a nasty saleswoman in a cafe, almost complete absence of ramps, there are a lot of entrance doors, but only a few are open. I would understand if this was explained by the guards and metal detectors at these entrances. But the metal detector doesn't work, the tape doesn't work either, there is no security. The building is clean inside and out. Thank you at least for the fact that you can pay for a ticket with a card (yes, now you can do this almost everywhere, but I wouldn't be surprised if it couldn't be done here). While waiting for the bus, you sit on a bench in front of it - some guy smokes and stinks all over the neighborhood, despite the forbidding signs. Employees - zero attention. When asked by an employee why no one tells him anything, the answer is in the style of "here he is a scoundrel, irresponsible." Also (it was not with me, but I was a direct witness) more tickets were sold than there are seats on the bus. As a result, the man had to ride either standing or on a step. How is that even possible?
