Firstly, the seats are cold, I have repeatedly written that you need to change the seats to soft ones. This is a waiting room, and sometimes people sit there for hours waiting to board a bus. As a student, arriving by bus at night, I did not have the opportunity to go to the hostel by taxi, I sat for hours on these seats and was left without children, I was diagnosed with infertility. Do you want other girls to earn infertility for themselves? Maybe the guys are suffering too. Nobody does statistics, after all. Put even more iron seats, let it be bad for everyone! This is the cry of my soul!
The second point: It is impossible to pay at the ticket office using a ticket card. Finally, enter the payment by Quar or transfer at the cash desks! And so, you need to first go to the ATMs, withdraw cash, and then queue at the cash desk to pay for a bus ticket in cash. Since Soviet times, we have hated queues. And, of course, I can't help but mention a joke I heard at the train station: they say that blackbirds fly here in the morning and leave on the first flight to Kapshagai! In general, Cyran performs its function, but there is room to grow in terms of comfort and infrastructure.
