A wonderful cafe: delicious food, fast delivery, inexpensive drinks (both strong and light) and all that.
It should be understood that for its level, this is the best cafe from Saigon, many types of food, both halves and whole dishes.
For my part, I can recommend this place both for lunch and just for a friendly party.

Tasty, inexpensive, large portions. There is beer, including on tap, spirits, juices and kvass. The menu is intuitive. All the nuances of the dishes can be clarified when ordering. The portions are huge. You can also try half a serving. Two small rooms, upstairs and in the basement. It's clean, there are napkins and sauces on the tables. Music is playing.

The best restaurant in the center of Minsk in terms of price -> quality -> serving size. It is possible to take half a serving of most dishes. Borscht and kholodnik are very tasty. Olivier is on the level! All drinks are chilled, and food is served quickly.

This is the best place when you want to eat a lot, tasty and not expensive.
Very fast service. When I visited the restaurant with the company, we made an order of 4 dishes, which were brought as quickly as possible. Everything was hot and sooo delicious.
The prices are as adequate as possible for such portions. For a company of three hungry people, 4 dishes were even too much (salad, nem, tom-yam, squid), and according to the price tag it turned out to be a simple dinner for two in a standard cafe :)
The interior, of course, is not instagrammable, but it has its own charm)))

I do not recommend this place
I didn't set foot here anymore.....
I ordered a hot dog with chicken and a shawarma on a plate
They brought a hamburger to the place of the hot dog....the breast in the batter does not bite at all from the word - the batter is hard as a stone (you can break your teeth)
The shawarma is also so-so .... the chicken is dry....onion in chunks (not even rings, but chunks)
Only delicious potatoes - there are no questions about it
Cabbage is normal
1 star only for the fact that there is a second room

I came here with my brother and a friend, first of all we were cheated (we made a refund)
They took mashed potatoes and chicken chops and salads, Kent took a soup that smelled sour, it just tasted disgusting.
The chicken is not fresh in color, some kind of blue, in the end we ate only a salad and went to the poppy.
I do not recommend this institution to anyone.
This is the worst Saigon.

And this one is just terrible. The hodgepodge is sour with a disgusting smell ( returned), the ribs are sour, the fries are salty.. There was also a refund at the next table! Perhaps these are isolated cases, but still..

My husband dragged me here. He loves their menu too much. He took beer, charan (pork cutlet) and olivier. The portion is impressive. I took coffee and shawarma. I liked the food. Satisfying, inexpensive and plentiful. The service is pleasant. One of the disadvantages is the simple atmosphere of the canteen, which was slightly tried to decorate with national lanterns. A chanson was playing in the background. For me, it's profitable to run in there for a cheap meal. Or to have a little company.

I tried pho soup. They brought it very quickly. But in taste, in my opinion, it hardly resembles the same soups in the "Saigons" on Komarovka and Zhdanovichi.
The broth is not richly fragrant, but simply fatty, the carrots are acetic, sour, the meat has a strange taste (as if it were old), there are many pieces with veins and lard.
Verdict: I was spoiled by the magical and perfect soups in other Saigons, so I think that in this institution the soup is not worth its 15 rubles. I liked only the spicy adjika, which was served with the soup as a seasoning.:(
