The hotel is wonderful!
I would like to note the friendly attitude of the hotel staff to vacationers, the owner of the Dervish hotel is attentive to every guest.
The food here is excellent! Buffet, always freshly prepared delicious food.
Once or twice a week, the hotel owner organized parties for vacationing hotel guests: "Turkish Night", "Foam pool party".
Guests of the hotel could listen to oriental and modern music and dance. It was very emotional!
Next to the hotel there is a small shop of the hotel owner, where you can buy oriental sweets, choose a women's or men's handbag, where you will be treated to the famous wellness "Sultan tea", it has the beneficial properties of all herbs and spices from which it is made. This tea is a natural remedy for colds and flu.
The beach is a five-minute walk from the hotel. The beach and the bottom are sandy, it is very pleasant to swim in the sea, the water is very warm.
There is a pedestrian promenade along the beach to the old town, with restaurants where live music sounds and you can dance, and shops where you can buy souvenirs and various things to relax. The Side Museum and the old town are a 10-15-minute walk away. In general, there is something to do in the evenings.
The hotel has a salon where a range of services are provided: foam massage, peeling (hammam), general massage, clay mask. The hotel offers a free test massage for 15 minutes.
The owner of the salon, Svetlana, is very friendly and responsive, she speaks different languages and is always ready to advise on various issues. The massage therapists of the salon are real professionals in their field!!! I am delighted with the massage, relieved stress and muscle tension, and got a "sea" of pleasure.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees of the hotel.
Thank you so much for a pleasant and unforgettable vacation!))
I came back yesterday.
Advantages: beach, pool and location. the promenade to ancient Side. Massage. Svetlana is the owner of the salon. It 's good there and I recommend it . I did 2 different procedures-excellent.
Cons: the rooms are rattled. there is nothing in the rooms except a hair dryer. take soap and soap with you. take towels with you, or for 5 euros in a deposit at the hotel, it's noisy from diesel generators around. my room was the best of the worst on the 5th floor with a sea view, and that's as a bonus for problems with check-in, because I (like all clients of Biblio globus) was checked into the hotel for 1 night sun kiss "septic tank around the corner" is how the victims of the above-mentioned tour operator, with whom she communicated at the hotel, nicknamed this place. By the way, it looks very much like this place is also supervised by the owner of the hotel and thus customers are delivered there. Someone was "lucky" and spent 2 nights there for their paid money. Moreover, keep in mind, and do not make a mistake like me. First, ask for the room key, and only then sign the check-in form. I signed a form indicating the date of arrival and departure, and instead of the key, they told me with a grin, "a surprise for you...There are no rooms!" after a night in the septic tank, I asked to cross out the check-in date and correct it to the actual one. of course, they refused me, the form was taken away from my hands, so you can no longer prove that you did not spend the night in a paid hotel. they won't give you any papers, and the hotel owner will start yelling that he helps you, doesn't stop spending the night on the street, and you're still not happy!
A photo is a photo of a septic tank. there was no hot water, by the way. but after 12 hours on the road and 3 hours of showdowns at the reception, it didn't matter anymore.
Russian tourists (in our hotel) were mostly accommodated on the 1st floor, where the balcony actually "lies" on a table in a restaurant, or overlooks the windows of the apartments opposite. the food is of the same type. There were no pancakes from previous reviews. It's the same thing every day. There are always eggs and muesli for breakfast. fruits are unripe watermelon and apples.in fairness, we can mention the cook, because he tried to portray something new from chicken every day. powdered puree, frozen fries with black spots, I saw fish twice, fish heads are unpainted. even taking it on a plate is unpleasant. the local cat did not eat-I specifically watched as they tried to feed it with this fish head)))side dishes - rice, barley, pasta, mashed potatoes and fries. and not at the same time, of course, but two types alternated for lunch and dinner. the sausage, as usual, is inedible for Turks (everything is checked on the cat), the cheese is normal. but on the 5th day, I got tired of rice, omelet and unripe watermelon.the juices are powdered, the water in the cooler is only in the restaurant. I saw how people from the store brought yoghurts and cottage cheese and fruits for children's breakfast.
according to the settlement situation. I didn't quite understand who was to blame. The greeter is kilit global. at the same time, tel. There was no guide for the transfer, only a hotline. thank you that the hotel reception called the Turkish number himself, although they didn't really want to.the awesome tour operator biblio-globus on the Moscow hotline (with whom I have an agreement and to whom I paid the money), offered me to deal with their partner on the spot myself....
I figured it out as best I could, but at my own expense from roaming.
The hotel guide came on the trail.a day and agreed on a bonus. Internet in the room for the entire period of stay, which cost 3 euros per day. but in return, the paper says that I have no complaints about the hotel and killit global. I signed the paper. Yeah. and the Internet was cut off after 7 days. and I lived for 8 days. so it still turns out, even for a day, but they cheated.
there are a lot of Russians in the hotel. We talked. those who came from BG were in a similar situation. by the way, the hotel owner said that the hotel has been in the stop since August 20, but BG sends tourists anyway ...
Bottom line: I never advise anyone to go to the hotel through the Biblio globe. The hotel itself is suitable for those who do not care about comfort, silence and food, but only need a bed and a beach.
For comparison: 3* in Istanbul hotels and 3* in Side hotels is a huge difference. I thought that the Turks had a single standard and fell for these stars. But I was wrong. I am not a particularly demanding tourist, I have been to different hotels in Turkey, but I will not return to this hotel anymore and I will not advise anyone. There is a huge selection of hotels along the amazing beach, for similar money.
We were in July 2024. The best place in the price-quality ratio. The hotel's beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the sea is even closer. The food is varied and delicious. The hotel staff is very pleasant. The Wi-Fi is stable. Antixide is no more than 20 minutes away. The two migros are even closer. The location of the top. There is a shower and a foot washer on the beach and in the hotel by the pool too. Greetings to the Boss from Samara👋
