The area itself is good.. It is located high, the air is fresh (compared to most areas), it is developing rapidly. Minus 2 kindergartens that are missing. The quality of the houses leaves much to be desired. Cheap materials and imperfections. Most residents make repairs at their own expense (who has the money).
