I made an order online and paid with a card. The money was debited, but they refuse to send the order, allegedly they don't see the payment! "In progress" is applicable for all online and offline orders. I do not recommend ordering from them to anyone and never! I left an appeal on eOtinish — maybe this way they will stop deceiving customers!
