We visited in December 2024. I really liked it! The hotel is not new, it is not located in an elite area, but the advantages outweigh all the disadvantages.
1) 10 minutes from the green and red metro lines. And they are 10 minutes away from the main attractions.
2) The area is safe. It is mostly populated by Hindus, but everyone is very polite and friendly. Lots of shops, cafes with pleasant prices
3) Immaculate cleanliness, cleaning every day. Towels for the beach, water park, and pool are provided upon request.
4) Rooftop pool with heated water. We were in December, we didn't go to the beach, we sunbathed and swam on the roof, it's very relaxing. And when it was cloudy and cool, we sat in the Jacuzzi, where the water was warmer.
5) very friendly staff, they will tell you everything, show you
6) there is a good gym
7) the room has a kitchen with a minimal and quite comfortable set of dishes (frying pan, saucepan, forks, spoons, plates), washing machine
8) excellent Wi-Fi, conducted online classes for 15 people with videos, everything worked flawlessly
In general, everything is fine.
Pros: very good breakfasts, clean, good mattresses.
Cons: there are few dishes, we cooked by ourselves. The refrigerator didn't work when we checked in, and it was replaced when we contacted it. Then the stove broke, and it was replaced during handling. All this hassle was not very pleasant. Those who don't cook themselves are fine.
And the most unpleasant moment was when we were leaving, we asked the reception desk to order a taxi to the airport, they seemed to have ordered a taxi, but for some reason the car didn't come at all. At first we refused to go, but then they told us an adequate price and we went. The driver seemed strange to me. I was running a red light. And for some reason, he brought us to the airport not to the departure area, but to the arrival area. He said we were here. We had to walk to the departure zone with our things in the heat. So if you're offered a reception, a Lexus car, or a ride to the airport, don't agree. The fare was the same as for a taxi.
We would have come back here again. We recommend it.
The staff, service, and room cleaning were always well done. The pool was cold in January. The location of the hotel is wonderful, 15 minutes to the metro. I would especially like to thank Dinesh for the cleanliness of our room. Of the cons, I want to mention the very poor quality of the food, the food was very not tasty, every day lunch and dinner were the same and always very, very not tasty, the breakfast was a buffet, with a very small selection of dishes and also not tasty.
The hotel is probably the most affordable of the four in the Savoy chain. The location is convenient, the window of our room 203 (on our 3rd floor) faced the roadway, but we slept with the balcony door open. There is a dryer for swimsuits. The breakfasts (were included in the room rate) are excellent. There is yogurt, omelette, boiled eggs, Indian dishes (for the main guests), tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes in various preparations, beans, spring rolls, triangles (samsa) with vegetables or cheese, two types of juices, pastries with coffee or tea, which is poured by the waiter. You won't stay hungry. The bus to La Mer beach departs at 9:30 a.m. Mats and towels (small) are provided free of charge. Pick up from the beach at 13:30. It takes about 15 minutes to drive. The beach is nice and clean, and anyone who wants to will find something to complain about. To the Burjuman metro station (red line metro) 10-15 minutes on foot, to the Sharaf green line metro 10 minutes. Mall Burjuman is not bad, although not all departments are working. The room is cleaned daily, although the floors are not washed, the feet are black if you walk barefoot. The owners and staff are Hindus in all hotels of the chain. We lived in a studio, the room was small, I had to replace the refrigerator and stove (my wife was busy in my absence). In general, the hotel is not bad, we stayed for 8 nights (from January 19 to January 27, 2025). Not bad, there are no cockroaches.
We spent two days in this retreat before sailing on a liner across the Persian Gulf. The staff is very polite, everyone is smiling and ready to help, suitcases were brought to the room and taken to the taxi, the breakfasts are good, a lot of Indian dishes, very tasty and unusual, mostly Hindus relax in the hotel.
The room is cozy and clean, not new, but everything works, there is a kitchen, you can warm up or cook something from grocery stores. We walked for a long time to the Burjman metro station for 20 minutes, but maybe the navigator knocked us down, I don't know.
There is still a bus to the beach.
I recommend the hotel, I would come back again.
The hotel is very clean, the room is cleaned every day, the staff is friendly on the day of arrival they gave us a room without a balcony, asked for a balcony in 5 minutes we were moved, the location is excellent near the metro. The breakfasts were meat - free , but we didn 't stay hungry
A wonderful hotel! Small, neat. The room has a kitchenette, washing machine, iron. If there are not enough dishes, then ask at the reception.
Excellent buffet breakfasts for 30 dirhams per person. The rooftop pool is small but clean. The staff is very friendly 👌
A shuttle service takes you to the beach. The beach itself is so-so for my taste, but there is no better place in the area.
The nearest metro station is Burjuman. Next to the metro station is the shopping center of the same name, where you can eat and shop.
The area itself is entirely Indian, there are specific cafes in the area.
Dignities:
· The room has a large refrigerator by the standards of the hotel, a comfortable bed, there is a balcony.
Very sensitive staff. At the meeting, the bags were taken to the room, everything was shown and told. We congratulated my wife on her birthday, with music and balloons, and then sent pictures to the post office :)
Cleaning every day, with a complete replacement of towels and bed linen. Very convenient air conditioning system.
Additional services available for free:
- Transfer to the beach (once a day) and back
- Ice cream for children from 4 to 5 p.m., sometimes they also give popcorn
- Towels for the beach (given before boarding the shuttle), and for the pool
- When checking in, they gave a toy to a child
- Birthday greetings (but buy the cake yourself, and provide it to the staff in advance)
Minor disadvantages:
· There was not enough canopy on the roof so that direct sunlight would not fall into the pool. There is a canopy only over the deck chairs.
And the location is not ideal - it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the metro, but with the local climate it's torture. It is better to call a taxi, and it is very expensive in Dubai.
Great hotel. They didn't take breakfast. There is a free shuttle to the beach at 09:30. The metro is about 800-900 meters away. In general, we are satisfied. We drove with two children: we walked around and saw enough.
There are a lot of Pakistanis, Filipinos, etc.
I have not met any Russians.
Well, we practically only spent the night. Neither the dining room nor the swimming pool were used.

The west zone store and Krasnaya Vetka Metro Station are 10 minutes from the hotel. The staff is very friendly. Everyone speaks English. Delicious continental breakfast. The room is clean, without mold. Normal hot water. The room has a kitchen, a washing machine with a drying function and a new refrigerator that does not buzz at night.
The disadvantages are very thin walls, the balcony overlooks the road.

Hello, we rested at this hotel in January 2023! The hotel is not new, but the service is the best!!! The staff is responsive, everyone is smiling, the breakfasts are good, it's a bit noisy from the street, but we didn't get enough sleep either))) everything is nearby!!! These are apartments and they have everything from a washing machine to a toaster!!! They take you to the beach, give you towels and mats!!! They take you to the shopping center!!! every day the bathrobes and towels are clean, the bed linen was changed!!! I really liked to relax here!!!
The hotel is not new, but neat. Of all Savoy the coolest! Booked on arrival in Dubai, urgently. These are apparts, there is a washing machine, an iron. To the metro 10 minutes, to the City Mall 15. It is better to buy products there. Around the open-hearth shops are expensive. There is a bus to the beach and special mats and towels are provided. They bring it back at lunch. They take you to the Lamer. It was the first time, I liked it more than at the Marina. There is a construction site on the Marina again and the floor of the beach is blocked, people are like in Sochi. So the random choice of the Savoy Cross turned out to be successful
Dubai, Savoy Crest, apartments, there is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine with dryer, all dishes, very comfortable beds, sofa and iron with ironing board. I rested for almost a week. Including by the pool, on the roof of the hotel. Heated water, clean. Next to the pool there is a Jacuzzi with cooler water. There is also a shower with water of a pleasant temperature, the whole territory is perfectly clean and well-groomed!
Everything is fine, but dirty bathrooms, repairs are crying for them. The carpet on the floor has long lost its appearance. It is not very clear how often the bed linen was changed. There is a transfer to the beach, everything is clear. A Jacuzzi on the roof with a water temperature like in a swimming pool is cool. Nice steam room. Polite staff. Great location
