Good afternoon, we are staying at this hotel now (12.01.2025). A wonderful hotel, not very far from both the sea and shopping malls. Quiet and cozy location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Separately, I would like to note the quality of room cleaning, it is excellent.Towels are changed daily, and gels, shampoos, toothbrushes, water, tea, coffee, and sugar are also brought daily. The room has a hairdryer, 2 TV channels in Russian. An iron is provided at the reception without a deposit. The breakfasts are varied (at least 4 courses), there is also a bar at the hotel, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and near the pool. We definitely recommend the hotel.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, soap and soap accessories are provided every day and in sufficient quantity. Towels are also changed daily, bed linen every other day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the pool was clean, there were always free sunbeds and a stack of towels. There were very few vacationers in the hotel, so they prepared breakfast for us individually on request, fruits - pineapples, dragon, watermelon, an excellent coffee machine, you can toast, breakfast cereals, juices ... and a lot of everything. Dinner at the nearest a la carte restaurant is very tasty. Around massage, fruits, various shops, 7/11 five minutes on foot, there is also an exchanger. It's a leisurely walk to the beach, 7 minutes on foot ... the staff is friendly, diligent, speak a little Russian and English. The photos fully correspond to reality. I really liked the hotel!
Nice hotel, we stayed here when we visited Thailand for the first time. The place is not the center, but we knew where we were going, as we read a lot before choosing a hotel. The room is clean and tidy, there is a kettle, cups, shower gels and shampoos were brought every day. The breakfasts are always the same, but the child and I had enough, and toasts with orange jam are now the love of the ages❤. I would like to say separately about the pool, it is always clean, there is a small pool for children, after excursions we liked to relax in the pool in the evening.
We arrived from our vacation on 02/21/2025 and stayed at this hotel. The hotel itself is not bad, we lived on the second floor, those who lived above said that they had a weak water pressure, we had no problems with that. Breakfast in the morning is monotonous but delicious, always fresh fruits, pineapple, watermelon, papaya. The juice is not natural. Rice, sausages, boiled sausage, fried eggs, vegetables, stewed meat with vegetables. We had enough, no baking, just bread for toast. The pool is good, the territory is scanty, the cafe on the territory is expensive. This is about the hotel. Now I'll describe everything around.
It's close to the beach, the sea is dirty, I couldn't wash my swimsuits, so there are only black ones. If you go to the beach and immediately lie down, then on the left, behind the cafe, there is a huge stream that looks like a flowing river, we walked higher and were able to enter the territory of the five, where this pool begins, it is not a river, most likely a sewer that collects from these five and goes into the sea, the stench there is terrible. That's why we kept going and I recommend you, there's a cafe with yellow bags and swings in the trees, it's enough to buy at least a bottle of beer from them and you can lie there all day. The area near the hotel and to the beach, mud, bottles, dogs. A cafe where to eat, not expensive and delicious. When you go to the beach from the hotel, do not turn to the right (towards the beach), but go further along the road, five minutes and a cafe with wooden gazebos, the menu there is small but delicious. It was only on the last day that we found a market where you can eat, it's not expensive and you don't have to go to Jomtien, it's expensive there. So go out on the highway and to the right to the ground crossing, go along it and to the right, it works from 20:00, it seems, and excursions are cheaper there. Tuk-tuk runs very poorly and transfers are more expensive than by taxi, download the Bolt app. There is a good pizza near the hotel, a grocery store and near the 7 savan highway, it seems to be called that. We went for a massage, it's not bad, the whole body is 400 butt, 200 one zone. The exchanger also goes to the ground crossing. Also, there is a strong low tide after lunch. In general, to be honest, it's very expensive, it's a vacation, it's just not worth the money, considering that you have to swim in a dirty sea, look at a pile of garbage and lie on a towel.. We went three times to Kolan, a military beach, but every day such trips are exhausting and expensive. Therefore, every other day we swam in the dirty sea and in the evening I washed my swimsuits. I hope my review will be useful, greetings from Bryansk. Below is a photo of the hotel and the beach near the cafe that I recommend, from this cafe they ride on small ships and boards
I had a rest from February 5 to February 14, 2025.I really liked the hotel. Cleaning, change of towels daily. Soap accessories, tea, and coffee were replenished constantly. There is enough food for breakfast. There are several massage parlors near the hotel. There are no problems with food, as there are many cafes. The beach is a 4-5 minute walk away.I recommend this hotel
Overall, a good hotel. In the room there is a hairdryer, TV, soap products, water is brought every day.
The pool is wonderful for children and adults.
The breakfasts are meager, but you won't leave hungry)
The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, suitable for family holidays.
Nearby there is a 7/11 store, an exchange point, Thai massage. Private shops.
5 minutes walk to the sea🏝🌊
Here is a very interesting hotel! The breakfasts are excellent: sausages, scrambled eggs, ham, fruits, a coffee machine with a selection of coffee, juices (yuppie of course), salad, soup, various side dishes....The pool has free sun beds and there are always towels. About 75-80 rooms, 6 floors. The room is spacious with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator (all Toshiba), Mitsubishi elevator. There are various options for walking to the sea in 8-20 minutes. The sea is quite clear. The guests are almost all Chinese, a few English speakers and as many Russians.
At a distance from the center and hangouts, but as a place of residence it is good - breakfast, pool, etc. on excursions they come and pick up. It's more for a relaxing holiday.
We are resting now in this hotel -Savotel. I like everything:
- Proximity to the beach (there is also shade from the trees).
- Buffet breakfasts and a variety of fruits + coffee machine
- Room cleaning and towel change
- The condition of the hotel and rooms
- Friendly staff
- The presence of massage parlors, snack shops, and mag. Sevenlevn is within walking distance
- The normal condition of the beach and water
- The proximity of the gluttonous row
- The opportunity to get to the army beach in 20 minutes - at a cost of 100 baht.
I recommend.
We used to rest at the nearby Ambos-r hotel, but could not get there due to the lack of direct flights from the tour operator.
A relatively economical hotel. The staff is great, friendly. I definitely recommend to relax in this hotel, as the area is very quiet. On the street where the hotel is located, as if the area lives its own moderate life. There are all fruits, massages, smoothies and most importantly the beach. There is a delicious cafe next to the hotel that belongs to it, the prices are adequate. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Pattaya by scooter.
The hotel is very nice, all the staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, the pool is large, there is a Jacuzzi. The breakfast food is varied, lots of fruits. We included dinner in the package, it's just awesome, the dishes are varied, we chose different menus every day fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, soups, everything is very tasty. Thanks to the hotel staff for the welcoming reception.😊😊😊
Very nice hotel, located in the province of Chonburi on Najomtien, very simple without frills, and at the same time cozy, nice spacious rooms, good furniture, friendly staff, always fresh towels, toothbrushes, shampoos and shower gel, room cleaning every day, large clean pool with Jacuzzi, which works around the clock, the hotel territory is not large, there are wooden sun beds and umbrellas woven from palm leaves near the pool, which add charm. The hotel has good breakfasts, there is a shop with everything you need nearby, there are two massage parlors, in one of them, the one on the left of the hotel has a Thai massage therapist named Pupe, does a very professional massage, on average 300 baht per session, after 8 sessions my back and shoulder stopped hurting (there was a ligament rupture), there are also fruit vendors nearby, cafes with coffee and fresh fruits (30-40 baht per fresh) the sea is a five-minute walk away, the beach is very romantic with spreading trees that give shade in the heat, the beach is relatively clean, you can swim, there is a restaurant on the beach and a surfer campsite with rental of everything you need. Sukumvit Avenue is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, there are tuk tuks to the center of Pattaya 40 minutes away, by taxi a little faster. A 15-minute walk away is the Ambassador Hotel, opposite which there are gluttonous rows, where you can and should eat tasty and cheap, the best restaurant at Mr. Tui's, the first tables from the entrance to the gluttonous rows. There are many pharmacies, 7/11 shops, exchangers nearby.
It's not a bad hotel for a lot of money. Breakfast is not very varied, but at least thanks for the food.
3-4 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the main road and 7eleven store
We went in July 2024. Everything is fine. We were given a room on the top floor with a sea view without additional charges. This is not the first time we have rested at the hotel. The rest was excellent. There is a shop next to the hotel, fruits and smoothies and pizza are prepared. You can always have a snack during the day. The area has become deaf, of course, for Pattaya, but it is suitable for a relaxing holiday.
We stayed at this hotel for 9 days, in general we liked everything 🩷🇹🇭
Upon check-in, they take a deposit of 1000 baht or 100 dollars, depending on what you have at the time of check-in. The hotel itself is generally pleasant, the staff is very friendly and responsive, although it is difficult to speak English – only one girl at the reception was able to answer questions clearly. Even–numbered rooms overlook the building and the road, odd-numbered rooms overlook the pool. We lived in room 508, the view was quite good.
The bed linen was changed several times, towels and water were changed every day. The beds are quite high and firm, but comfortable. The room had everything you needed, hygiene products are also replenished on time.
I also liked the breakfast buffet. The dishes may be repetitive and not very diverse, but you will not stay hungry. There were usually several types of rice, vegetables, or noodles to choose from – vegetables are sometimes spicy. You can always ask to cook a fresh omelet, or take a ready-made glaze. There were also drinks, coffee, toasts and jams, cereals and milk. Fruits include pineapple, watermelon, melon and pitahaya. Of course, not all-inclusive, but worthy 😌
Of the cons: the air conditioner is parallel to the bed – accordingly, it will blow directly at you. Also, all the electricity in the room is powered by a special chip that is attached to a small mechanical key. Therefore, if you want the air conditioner to work while you are away, you need to unhook it and carefully monitor this small key.
The location is both a plus and a minus here. The advantage is that this is a quiet, safe area, 3 minutes to the sea, near fruit stalls and shops for locals with low and very low prices, especially for fruits. Minus – there used to be a lot of people from the Ambassador Hotel in this area, but it did not survive the pandemic, so the area is no longer as popular with tourists as it used to be. Therefore, many places in the district have closed or are operating at half capacity. Even tuk tuks from the Ambassador are not so active, sometimes they drive exclusively as a taxi for 200-300 baht. Therefore, if you are looking for an active holiday – not here. And if you just relax in the sun – super
The hotel is average. It is located on the outskirts, you will be tormented to get to the traffic, there are a lot of dogs around. It's close to the sea, but the beach is a bit dirty. It is impossible to sleep at night, the constant barking. The breakfasts are standard, the staff is responsive. The rooms are not super, they are quite busy.
The hotel is good, the breakfasts are varied, you will definitely not stay hungry. The room is cleaned every day, the bed linen was changed every three days. The pool is great! The staff is polite and helpful! The only thing is the remoteness of the hotel, you will have to constantly take a taxi.
The hotel is located about a 30-minute taxi ride from Pattaya city center, which is why it is very quiet and peaceful around. There are no parties nearby. Suitable for families with children. At the same time, shops are within walking distance. 5 minutes from the sea. The hotel grounds are very clean. The pool is wonderful. In the rooms, the bed linen and towels are old, in some places with stains (which apparently do not wash off). Cleaning and linen change every day. But the cleaning is so-so. I bought a floor cloth and did the wet cleaning myself in the evening, it didn't bother me much) The room has a small refrigerator, a kettle (smells like plastic), a hairdryer, a wardrobe without shelves, a safe and a balcony. The walls and doors are sooo thin, literally everything can be heard what is happening behind the walls \ door. The staff is wonderful. They always help and prompt. They don't speak English well, so stock up on a Russian-Thai translator. The breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is edible, you will not stay hungry) There is a wonderful cafe with very tasty food from the hotel. The hotel is more than 3*!!! The overall impression is very pleasant.
Not bad. I think the price and quality correspond. Don't get your hopes up. But... good (albeit of the same type) breakfasts, the rooms are clean enough, the WiFi is generally excellent, the pool works until dark, the location is also quite good. The staff is very friendly. I recommend it!
A nice, cozy threesome. Plus the fact that the village and fruit prices are low, and everything is nearby. A big plus is that when you are taken on an excursion, you are picked up from the hotel last and unloaded first, you do not need to cross the city through traffic jams. The pool, breakfast - everything is normal. I recommend.
It's a disgusting place, the rooms stink of urine. I repeatedly asked to wash the bathroom, the source of the smell is zero reaction. It is located in the wilderness, there is nothing at all nearby.
I confirm most of the reviews on this hotel. A solid four. Convenient location both to the beach and to the main road. The room has everything you need: safe, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, kettle with two mugs, table with armchairs, bedside tables, hair dryer, toothbrushes with paste, gel, shampoo, soap. There is an inexpensive store nearby. The cafe at the hotel was pleasantly surprised by the prices (you can safely have lunch or dinner if you do not leave or go anywhere). There is no deposit. The exchanger towards the Ambassador (Tt) is normal, but it is still more profitable to change in the center....The ambassador is almost empty (populated by 20 percent), so there are no parties there as before, but you can safely walk around. Fruits nearby are cheaper even than in the center. The "seven" has everything you need (we bought a knife and forks in the room). A taxi to the center is inexpensive (if you are too lazy to go to the tuk-tuk).
Great. The location is good. The breakfast is good, but monotonous. The pool is beautiful. Near the cafe at the hotel, you can have a coffee or a snack. It's not far from the main road. It's a long way from the city center, you can only get there by taxi. There are only Russians in the department. Maybe it's a little noisy because of that.
Nice hotel. The bed is large, high and with a good hard mattress. And the pool is just gorgeous, and you can probably swim at one o'clock in the morning... Breakfasts are good, no matter what anyone writes or says, there are 2 types of cereals, 5-6 types of dishes with rice, pasta and something else)) vegetables, watermelon, pineapple, tea, coffee, juice, water, toast, and something sweet that looks like we are waiting... Wi-Fi is free everywhere and very good!! It is really far from the center, but it is quiet, everything is cheaper nearby!!! And it's not expensive to get anywhere on a bolt...
Everything is very cool:clean room, clean pool, nice restaurant at the hotel. The breakfasts are very decent for three stars.
Of the disadvantages, only the distance from all places in Pattaya, which can only be reached by taxi.
Nice hotel, large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, there is a children's area in the pool. The breakfasts are good, there are fruits. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to the sea, and about 5 minutes to 7/12 too. Everything is accessible, the beach on the sea is gorgeous, I did not expect this from Pattaya.
Great hotel. Silence, peace. A huge room. The bed linen was changed daily. Room cleaning for 5. The breakfasts are delicious, the pool is clean. Near the store, fruits, sea. I recommend it!
Good afternoon! I stayed at the hotel from March 15 to March 25, 2023. Excellent service, the bed is perfectly white - changed every other day! Unlimited towels! The room is super! Kettle, refrigerator in the room! Balcony. Breakfast. The pool! I recommend it!
February-March 2023. The hotel is quite suitable for three people. Cleaning every day. The bed linen was changed twice. But they are steamed, apparently, and they look fresh after cleaning. Towels are replaced every day. There are for the pool and for the shower of different colors, and for the face. The necessary set of soap-gel-shampoo-toothbrush / paste - everything is there. Breakfast is such a variety, but you can eat, there is a small shop nearby. Fruits are also nearby. A delicious cafe near the hotel, but it can be expensive. We did not swim on the beach within walking distance - next to it, on the left, the vyunyuchka river flows in. We went to the city (the sea is amazingly clear there now) and to the islands. The city is a 30-minute drive away, a taxi from 120 baht (about 160 rubles.) in one direction. In fact, the hotel is really in a very quiet area, near abandoned hotels that have not survived the covid period, the private sector with roosters in the morning. The beach is generally quite frequent, if you go further away towards the city, you can swim up to it. We just didn't have that need.
It pulls on an unassuming four.
The hotel itself is good. A clean swimming pool.
The room was clean. Towels are changed every day. Breakfast buffet, you can eat until you're full.
The staff is friendly, although they do not understand Russian.
The sea is nearby, a couple of restaurants, shops.
The only disadvantage is that it is far from the center of Pattaya.

Nice hotel. The main disadvantage is that it is very far from all traffic , sometimes even taxis were not taken from the center (((
The hotel is in the south of Pattaya, the location is convenient in my opinion. Five minutes to the sea, and there is a nice beach with shady trees. Sukhumvit is 7 minutes away, at the 7/11 intersection. There are good cafes near the hotel itself. The hotel itself is a strong three with decent breakfasts. The rooms are slightly shabby, but the beds are in order, the linen is clean, the plumbing is in good order. Nice clean pool, open late at night.
The food is only a minus, although everything is edible, cleaning for three, as they say, corresponds, the pool is excellent, far from civilization, I definitely won't go a second time.
The hotel is far from the center, far from the roads. In a quiet, peaceful place. Nearby, a 3-minute walk away, there is a wonderful cafe, with large portions of delicious dishes and affordable prices. 10-15 min walk to the night market, the exchanger. The sea is also 10 minutes away.
The entire territory of the hotel is occupied by a swimming pool, which is open until 22. But they swim later. In the evening, a lot of people gathered at the hotel, to sit, eat, drink, what they brought with them.
The rooms are standard, cleaned every day.
I liked the hotel and the place where it is located. So 5 stars
A small, cozy hotel.
A quiet, peaceful place.
The rooms are simple, without frills, there is everything you need.
The pool is great.
We cleaned every day, changed towels and bed linen.
The breakfasts are ordinary, with Thai cuisine, of course.Tea, coffee, juices, fruits.
There are some problems with the language, but it's all solvable.
It's all good.
Free tuk-tuk to the beach. The staff is good.
Excellent hotel location (2 minutes to the sea). There are many good cafes nearby, especially NOK and restaurants on the shore. In a quiet location, but at the same time there is a transfer to the highway and markets every 2 hours by tuk-tuk. clean pool, cleaning every day. towels for the bathroom and pool. A normal breakfast, the staff is friendly. A NEW 3 from Botanika. Excellent price-quality ratio, WE RECOMMEND IT!!!
She lived nearby. It's a little far from the highway, the Oliva and Corundum hotels are closer, it was scary to go at night, there are dogs there, and it's fun during the day, because Local a la bars, a van with cheap fruits comes, so take it with you there before the summer, you don't have to drag it from the market at the Ambassador.
