We stayed at this hotel with our family. On the very first day, the maids forgot to clean our room... they only cleaned it the next evening after the reminder. And in the morning I found an unpleasant surprise - the child's medicine, which was in the refrigerator, was moved to the refrigerator, accordingly it was in the heat and spoiled. The medicine cost more than the hotel itself. I went to the reception, reminded them for 3 days, and as a result, after my indignation, the supervisor created a conversation with me. Bottom line - the maid says she didn't touch anything, it's not her, it's all by itself. Then, however, they announced to me that it was my children who moved everything themselves 🤦🏻♀️ And then I was offered a brilliant idea - to call the maid and arrange a showdown with her. I was just in shock. I specifically chose a more expensive hotel to see the service and customer orientation, but I saw this. In short, the client is always wrong. I didn't expect to get a refund for the medicine or anything else, but they didn't even apologize to me!!! Well, wasn't it hard to bring a plate of fruit to the room and just apologize? Should I give a small discount on my next stay? Or at least just apologize and not try to make others feel guilty. This kind of work with clients is just terrible. It's a shame. The maid is a human being and can make mistakes, so the management should be able to smooth out the corners and admit guilt, and not blame everything on the guests.
Next, the next day there was no cleaning again, I had to call the reception again. And every day I needed to be reminded that I needed 4 towels! 1 for each guest. But the hotel apparently believes that drying off with one towel for two is the norm.
The hotel is beautiful, but it is difficult to classify it as 4 stars, it is a beautiful 3 stars:
1. There is no carpet, only a small piece under the bed
2. There was no porter, we had to carry the things ourselves.
3. There is no pool or spa in the hotel!!! There is a swimming pool in the hotel nearby and it's for a fee!!! Although many booking sites say that the hotel has a swimming pool.
4. It is not suitable for children at all - there is no children's corner, there is no children's menu, there is also no simplest playground. There is nothing to offer children from the adult menu…
5. The breakfasts are delicious, the staff in the kitchen is friendly. An omelet that is prepared especially for you is a separate delight.
6. The restaurant is not bad, but during the day everything is carried for a very long time and there are no pizzas, although they are on the menu. The beer and wine are good, the food is not exciting, at 3 minus.
7. The bed linen is soft, the bed is comfortable, the towels are large and soft. You can't hear the neighbors at all, but you can hear the bathroom too much (
8. Very nice lobby, the room itself is comfortable, quite clean (4/5 if they don't forget to clean your room).
If you lower the price and remove one star, then the hotel will meet expectations. And, of course, learn how to work out the objections of visitors. Although we extended the hotel for another night, we took a ticket later, but after this attitude we decided to move to another hotel…

I'm thrilled! A magnificent hotel with excellent service. It was a rare case when there were no questions. The breakfast is excellent, the coffee is excellent, the beds are soft, quiet, clean. The view from the window is a special pleasure.
Also, I would like to mention the IPA from the hotel's brewery (!) - just a bomb!
