The company rented a house and a bathhouse. The owner turned out to be a fraud. We had a rest with our girlfriends in the Orange sauna. We were not satisfied with the rest... A cockroach was crawling in the room where they were sitting. There were wasps swimming in the pool. It's not clear at all how they got there. The pool was very cold, even icy, although we were told on the phone that it would be warm. The claim was presented to the administrator, no discount or compensation was offered to us. We didn't hear any apologies for such inconveniences either.We were in this sauna earlier, but in a different room.There were no such problems there.
