Terrible!!! The company is terrible, the quality of work leaves much to be desired, drunken builders, they do not know any works and do not know anything except how to drink at work and come drunk. The material is not taken care of, everything is treated disgustingly. But as we know, "the fish rots from the head", what kind of director is such a job, if the director is ROTTEN, then the work is rotten and they wouldn't take it up. Estimates are made for one amount upon the fact of work, you do not fit into the agreed amount and why is it so? Bykhon A. A. Just starts composing fairy tales, does not answer calls, and if he answers, he is full of nonsense. There are a lot of objects that they don't finish or do but poorly. They cheat on money. Be attentive to their suggestions about what they tell you, read their contracts, your money and if you don't care where to spend it and what will be the quality of the work done, then Go ahead and sign a contract with them!! Well, if you still want to end up with a good house that does not freeze, does not rot, which warms you and does not rain on your head, then do not let this office close to your construction site!!

— На мой взгляд, проще все сносить и строить заново, так как непонятно, что там с фундаментом. Высока вероятность, что сильные морозы его разрушат. А без качественного основания все, что сверху, не имеет смысла, — подытожил Александр. — Но самое неприятное, что человеку придется сначала потратить деньги на то, чтобы все разобрать, а потом — чтобы возвести заново.

В 2019 году обратились в Satol Grup за строительством дома – давней мечты. Застройщик сразу привлек внимание полным циклом строительных работ и множеством положительных отзывов. В Satol Grup работают опытные специалисты – для них не составило труда провести все расчеты по затратам на стройматериалы и оформление бумаг. Особенно нам помог специалист по проектированию (имя писать в отзыве не буду, сайт не пропустит меня..). В целом, справились быстро и теперь мы наблюдаем, как работники возводят крышу. Немаловажным преимуществом для меня является контроль компанией Satol Grup качества на всех этапах строительства. Я спокоен за свой дом.
