Small family hotel.
Has parking lot in front and at the side of the building. Simple standard rooms.
Service is alright given the great price of 400,000 soums per night with breakfast.
Not a good hotel for tourists as there are not many decent restaurants around the hotel.
But one will not have any trouble getting a cab at any odd hour of the day from there to anywhere.
The room is nice, clean, wonderful white fluffy towel. But breakfast is a complete disaster: there is no variety in two days, but this is not even the biggest disadvantage. There is little food, it is quickly disassembled, it takes a long time to bring, you can come to breakfast and stay hungry, since there may be no one in the cafe at all. And they don't clean the tables: they can't clean anything for 30 minutes, and if the guests get food, they need to clear a place for themselves on the table among the dirty dishes. I wish the hotel to fix the breakfast issue and then everything will be fine!
A wonderful hotel. I really liked it.Cleanliness, service, accommodation rating 5. Located in the center of Tashkent. Everything is available. The breakfast is very tasty and varied. The price is excellent, I recommend it
We stayed at this hotel twice. Everything is always clear and clean, everything works, hot water without interruptions.
The European style (unlike many other Uzbek hotels) is not a minus or a plus, but just a difference.
I would like to mention the breakfasts separately... Mmm, as sincere as possible! I especially liked the opportunity to collect and brew my own tea from different varieties. For a small samsa, there is a separate rakhmet, since you want something miniature for breakfast, not huge Uzbek portions.
From experience, I can say that in Uzbekistan, for some reason, there is some kind of trouble with coffee machines, they are not in every department, there is a normal one here. I recommend 100%.
The hotel is a **+ hotel by European standards in terms of design, area of common areas, cleanliness of bed linen and a variety of breakfast menus. But the people who work are very responsive. If you need to solve any additional issues (where to change money, take an additional tour, how to spend your free time during your stay in Tashkent), I recommend contacting Sardor. He works as a cook, but he will definitely help!
In general, it's a good place to relax. I always stay here while on business trips in Tashkent! The rooms have everything you need. But of course it's better to always carry everything with you! Have a nice weekend!
An excellent hotel for travelers around the country, clean, stylish design, calm atmosphere, friendly staff. So pleasant memories are not only about the country, but also about the hotel. You can stay here during short trips.
Quite a decent hotel in Tashkent, the airport is nearby. There is an elevator and an early check-in service. The furniture and plumbing are new. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, kettle and tea and coffee. The bed is comfortable. Stable WiFi. In the bathroom, shampoo gel, toothbrush with paste, hair dryer. Everything is convenient. One note - the noise of the road is heard. The breakfasts are good: I recommend oatmeal porridge, cauliflower in batter. Breakfast starts at 7, but it's better to arrive at 7.15. Coffee is better not to order. The cook Somon cooks quite well, a very courteous and friendly person. There are various cafes and a grocery store nearby. I went to change money at the bank on Shota Rustaveli Street. You can get to the center from there by bus 57 or take a taxi - it is inexpensive in Tashkent.
A very good hotel, fully compliant with 3*. Everything is clean, the staff is super!!! Especially the administrator-director Serdor! He is always "in place" and solves ALL problems. I recommend this hotel to everyone!
Very nice hotel in a decent area. The staff is wonderful. Sardorchik - katta Rahmat for breakfast and exchange. For three stars in general, handsome. But the elevator, the mattresses.... The lack of sound insulation and convenience in the rooms do not allow me, a critic with experience, to give five stars. You are kind and good, but you have a lot to grow. Just like your beautiful country. May the Lord God grant you health and prosperity.
The rooms are clean. There is not enough food, a light snack. The staff is calm. There are no restaurants nearby. Sofia bakery is very good for dinner. It's clean and delicious. The price tag is acceptable. A friend from the reception sent us to hell at the Sum-Sum restaurant. It's something. Expensive!
A good hotel. The interior is impressive, if you do not pay attention to the little things, such as a bad drain in the sink and in the shower, in general everything is fine. The breakfasts are varied, you will definitely not stay cold

Nice hotel. Friendly staff at the reception. They help, they will tell you what is nearby. The restaurant has a good selection for breakfast. The room is clean. Kettle, water, sugar, tea, soap, shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was making a little noise.
I was disappointed that there were two nights, they didn't clean our place. The water was not supplied. But, on the whole, I liked the hotel.
The hotel is clean and cozy. 15 minutes from the airport. The breakfast is modest, but you will not leave hungry. The staff is always very friendly. Sardor - works as a cook and, in his spare time, as a tour guide) You can always contact him for excursions to arrange, it is very convenient. Thank you, I liked everything. Ekaterina
The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Check-out is at 12, we were twice allowed to stay until 15:00, without additional payment. They immediately responded to any request. The cook is above all praise. He was interested in what we like to eat, what kind of porridge, etc.
Every morning, he made a salad especially for us, because we eat a lot of greens, usually this was not served for breakfast. The rooms are clean, the only drawback is that during the 3 days of stay they never cleaned, did not change towels and did not take out the trash. But this was not a problem for us, they only came to the room to sleep. And so well done! They say the service in Tashkent hotels wants to be the best, so I recommend SATO!
I liked the hotel. New, well-equipped rooms. The mattress is moderately hard, sleep well. The room has a tea and coffee making set: kettle, cups, tea, coffee bags, sugar. The bathroom has new plumbing, everything works. There is a hair dryer, gel, shampoo, toothbrush, paste.
The breakfast is a buffet, the food is not very varied, but you will not be hungry. If the food is running out, then you can ask, they will bring it right to the table. There are few seats in the restaurant, sometimes you have to wait.
In general, the staff is friendly and helpful.
A great hotel. It's clean, everything is there, and coffee to drink, and toiletries. The breakfast is excellent. The chef has gathered all the best qualities of the East! The hotel has four floors, but there is an ELEVATOR!
Great hotel in the city center
The kitchen is wonderful + the service is good
I recommend this hotel to everyone
The rooms are fresh and beautiful
The view from the room is gorgeous)
I really liked the hotel. Maximum attention and assistance from all employees. The elevator was broken, but it did not spoil the impression of the service at the hotel. An excellent combination of price, comfort and convenience of location.
There is a mosque nearby. And the service was audible at any time of the day, while it sounded so melodiously that it was perceived as an organic accompaniment.
Definitely, I will stay here again.

I am surprised at the good reviews! In this place (the hand does not rise to write a hotel) we were unlucky enough to stay twice. For the first time, it turned out that there were no hygiene products in the bathroom, which we immediately informed the staff about. They promised to fix everything right away, but upon returning to the room, they did not find anything. After 5 days, the travel agency sent me to this charaga again. The guy at the reception immediately behaved strangely, disappeared somewhere for half an hour. Then he gave everyone room cards, but when we entered the room we saw that it was not cleaned: the bed was dirty, rumpled (but made), towels were hanging wet in the bathroom, the trash can was full, used shampoo bottles were lying around, etc. We told him that we would not stay in this room, and he again disappeared. We didn't hear any apologies! When he appeared about 15 minutes later, he gave out the key to another room. Going up to the floor, we met a girl from our group, who told us that they were given the same room that had not been cleaned. Upon entering the second, allegedly clean room, a strong smell of tobacco smoke immediately hit my nose. The bed is not fresh. The pillowcases are crumpled, one towel is wet, the second one stinks of tobacco smoke. I didn't have the strength to swear, because the flight was early, at 5 a.m. They covered the pillows with T-shirts and slept in their clothes. And in the morning, instead of the promised lunch boxes, we just said goodbye.
I do not recommend it!!!
We stayed at this hotel in October. Lovely cozy rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that I will stop here again. I actually fell in love with Uzbekistan. Unfortunately, I will not find a photo of the hotel
Incorrect booking. Bad internet connection. The towels had an unpleasant smell. An incomplete set of adjacent items in the room. The shower door wouldn't close. But the breakfast was good. A room for 900 thousand felt like 300-400 thousand
I liked the hotel itself.Friendly staff, ready to help at any moment. There is a basket store nearby, where you can change money in the machine.
Didn't like breakfast at all. There was a tour for 6 days, there was something to compare breakfasts in other hotels with.
Cozy hotel and friendly staff. It's a bit far from the center, but we got there in 20 minutes by taxi. The room is clean, there is a shopping basket nearby
We stayed with my wife at the Sato hotel, which was very nice and clean. He showed sincerity in the employees, we were pleased. Breakfasts are great. Begzod and Saodat, who worked at the reception, helped us a lot. I recommend it is a nice hotel.
Let's just say the rooms are different here and the free internet works better in rooms above the 1st floor.
The breakfast is simple and hearty, and you can also change the currency and rubles to a local sum at a good exchange rate.
The hotel is just a fire. I liked it very much. It's clean, beautiful, and the breakfasts are delicious. The staff is friendly. Everything was in the room, the air conditioner was working. As in all normal hotels, a key card!
I liked everything! Tea is packaged and delicious in the rooms, the chef is very attentive and helpful! The windows overlooked the roadway, the cars beeped all night, the only negative.
Nice hotel.
Clean, cozy, disposable personal hygiene items are offered.
A nice bonus: tea and coffee in the room, a kettle.
Hair dryer, refrigerator, TV.
I didn't like it. Despite the friendliness and patience of the staff. The room was "tired", the plumbing in the bathroom was even more, the Internet in places-at times... In short, the overall impression was "not impressed"
I have never seen such dirty bed linen in any hotel. There was a strong feeling that the linen had not been changed after the previous guests. There was an unplanned replacement of the hotel for one night by a travel agency and overnight check-in, so there was neither the strength nor the time to figure it out. I give two stars for a quiet air conditioner.
Great hotel! Cleanly! Delicious breakfast:)
10+ for the wonderful staff, they will help, tell you, everyone is incredibly friendly and lovely :) thank you very much!
The hotel is located on the outskirts, but it's not so bad, the airport is 10 minutes away by car. Very decent rooms, polite staff, I didn't have to have breakfast, but they gave me a lunch box, quite a good one:apples, yogurt, sausage, vegetables, cupcakes. There is an elevator, which is very rare in small hotels.
The hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. They cook delicious food. But very strong audibility-we lived on the 1st floor - screams at the reception until night, and from 6 a.m. on the household block
