The store's location is quite convenient and well-known to many. The assortment always has everything you need. Although I don't go there very often, but when the situation forces me, I always find everything I need there.
Most of all, I want to mention the staff working there. I was very surprised by the responsiveness and politeness of the people working there. I had problems with the goods I bought from them (a defect was revealed). After that, I applied to the store with a request to replace the product with the same one. They granted my request without any problems and with great politeness. However, the exact same product was not available. I was kindly offered to wait a bit for the delivery and took my contacts. On the same day, I received a call and was informed that I could come and exchange the product for a new one.
In general, the service there is at a high level in my opinion. I was very pleased with the visit and the human attitude of the people working there. I can confidently recommend this store.

I got into a very unpleasant, rude saleswoman in the plumbing department. It was already a "scoop" - I didn't really listen to the question, but in fact immediately "sent" - come when it becomes clearer what you need. The tone of communication was also dissatisfied. Then she reluctantly showed me what I supposedly wanted. When I said that this was not what I needed, but what was lying next to me, she began to argue with me again in such a tone, as if I was just stupid. I didn't put up with this any further, I left and bought what I needed in another place, where I was calmly shown everything. I'm not coming back here anymore.

Of course, the assortment in the store is rather big, but everything is sold there a little strangely. The product is available on the Internet, on the website, but not in stock in the store. It seems that you can pick up an analog, but it is a little different, and it is not cheaper, but for some reason more expensive. The warehouse is 20 meters away, with a sleepy loader who expects me to shift the bags of plaster myself. There is no parking from the word at all. (sorry, there is a parking lot fifty meters away. fri, you can park there (here are the impudent buyers.. They don't want to walk 50 meters))). But the trained staff, of course, will be happy to explain to me why those analogues are better for me, and the stupid buyer is dissatisfied again... The prices are not lower. In case of urgent need, I had to buy here, but if time permits, I go to other stores. The last visit to this store convinced me that: plaster, protective glasses, electrodes, earplugs, are more expensive in sati than in ksk. I needed 15 kg of plaster, but 30 kg is more profitable (I cover the walls with a specific plaster and do not want another one (yes, I am so capricious (and still have the right))). They can't sell the putty that I chose on their website to me because it doesn't exist, but that other one is not worse / better / not much more expensive / a little different / and it doesn't matter that it is on a different basis...
