Not a bad bathhouse. There is a small swimming pool, a steam room and showers. The separation of the female and male baths is present. So I can't say anything about women. There's nothing special. There are a lot of people on weekends or holidays. The bathhouse is large and they come in waves. They heat, run and so on in a circle. There is a feeling in the sauna that everyone knows each other and communicates on different topics.
Hello!
I would like to share my opinion about visiting the bathhouse.
Firstly, it is worth noting that the sauna itself is located in a very convenient location, It is very convenient, since you do not need to travel far to relax and unwind.
The second thing I liked was the staff. All the staff are very polite and ready to help in any situation. They are always ready to tell you what services are available and how to get them.
The third thing I would like to note is the cleanliness and comfort inside the bathhouse. All rooms look very beautiful, and each of them has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It is also worth mentioning the quality of services. The massage I got was just great. The master was able to relieve tension in my muscles and improve my well-being.
Finally, I would like to say a few words about brooms. They were fresh and fragrant, which added a special atmosphere to the sauna.
Overall, I am very pleased with my visit and will definitely come back here again. I recommend this sauna to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy high-quality service.
Dear Astana residents and guests, I hasten to inform you about the Saryarka bathhouse. She may be good, but the ADMINISTRATOR of this bathhouse leaves much to be desired. Today we decided to visit this institution and were horrified by such a service as the attitude of the staff to customers, in particular, I want to focus on a person of Slavic nationality, I do not know the name, who introduced herself as the administrator. She came to us as the mistress of our land. Her face is red, swollen, stinks of alcohol from behind her mouth, she herself put on a Kazakh national vest, barely drags her tongue, literally screams, and does not speak, shouted something under her breath in a raised and harsh tone and without even letting us open our mouths, turned around and went home. No respect for customers. And we just wanted to order a four-person booth, since we were initially not allowed into the common room due to the fact that we had young male children of two and two and a half years old with us. Draw your own conclusions from this.
