Good Oriental cuisine, meat dishes prevail, a little work on the quality of service and everything will be great. In summer, you can comfortably sit on a cot in the gazebo, drink good tea and take a nap after a hearty dinner 😊
The owners, apparently, are not particularly concerned about the quality. The cooks were sitting at the entrance with the door open and it smelled strongly of mutton. The waiter sat down at the next table. In general, it left the impression as if we went to the neighbors in the village
Another tour of the authentic cafes of Uralsk. The place is described as the first in kebabs. We took lagman, lamb kebab, kuyrdak and manty. The time is about 21.00 (the most prime, everything is packed). Lagman is generally nothing (they brought it quickly), fat, little meat. On the 4th, then kuyrdak - lukewarm-hot, juicy; lamb kebab was cold and completely dry, it was barely removed from the skewer, they did not even believe that it was mutton, they thought they brought beef, it was impossible to chew. Manti are generally not bad, but the filling is like a cutlet, only steamed, the dough is a little thick (although manti should be super-creamy!!) it felt like they were warming up in the morning or lunch, although the waiter said to wait an hour, that is, it was obvious that they had to cook fresh ones. In general, it's a top three, as for the taste of what I liked - it's peculiar, I think the meat is not super fresh, but some food is just heated up.
Great place! Very authentic. We were looking for just such a thing . We ate sitting at a difficult table , and at a dastarkhan. (I hope I'm expressing myself correctly). Delicious dishes were taken: beshbarmak, lagman and caesar salad. Surprisingly, beshbarmak was served immediately with broth, and not separately, but it was still very tasty. A pleasant atmosphere, we will definitely come here if we arrive in Uralsk

A large summer house, with trestles. Good cuisine. We like to order a pick-up kuyrdak.
The food is very tasty, plentiful, the service is not bad, quickly give, a cultural asset, in the Urals in Zhurgen lunch at the same cafe and dinner in Alda. Delicious Blue, rich, good service, fast cooking, cultured waiters, I always have lunch or dinner with them when I visit Uralsk.
It just got worse. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and cozy. The service is canteen-style, but the prices are pleasant, the staff as a whole too. With some people there is a language barrier, they speak and speak Russian ((((but it's not scary, explain on your fingers))))
To be honest, I go to this cafe only for the sake of shish kebab and kuyrdak (mutton).
Pros: The portion is good, and very tasty.
Cons: The service is terrible and it's not the waiters who are to blame, but those who hire them.
The price is high for kebabs.
The range of soft drinks is small.
The price for a bungalow is 700 tenge per hour, as for me, robbery.
The check is written out manually.
