Clean, spacious, beautiful room. A bathrobe, towel, toothbrush, paste, soap and shampoo are provided for each guest of the hotel. There is a refrigerator in the room. There is an extra bed for a child. Everything is at the highest level. Keep it up, you're the best!
The staff woke up at six o'clock in the morning and took our room. Everything is prompt and hospitable.
A pleasant hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Luxury room (junior suite), spacious, with two double beds, with all accessories, wi-fi. The continental breakfast is good and delicious (porridge/scrambled eggs, pie, bread, butter, cheese, jam, tea). The location is convenient, near the upper market.
The only negative is the view from the window we had on the roof... And the smell of tobacco at some point...Either the hood is weak, or from the window...
Hello! I was on a business trip, we stayed in this complex, there were about 50 of us, we were all accommodated, fed, delicious bauyrsaks were well remembered😅 clean, disposable consumables, hot water is intermittent, but overall everything was fine!)
It's a very old hotel. Not big rooms. Comfortably. Clear. They are being cleaned, there is an elevator. The restrooms have disposable supplies. Near the market.
My name is Maya, I'm from St. Petersburg! I had a rest at the hotel from 14.07.24 to 07.27.24! I thank all the staff (of the hotel) for their cleanliness, politeness and comfort!! Many thanks separately to the manager of the Saga and the waitress Madina!! If I go to (Kazakhstan) again, I will definitely book a room (in your hotel)! I recommend this hotel to everyone!! I wish all the staff Peace, Kindness and Prosperity!!
Price/quality. Shops, markets, cafes are within walking distance. Clean, quiet, cozy, air conditioning is working, there is a good Parking in front of the hotel.
Pleasant hotel, polite and helpful staff. The price/quality/location ratio is very good. It is not an unimportant detail that payment is made for every 24 hours, and not at noon, as in most hotels.
I would recommend that the administration install at least a couple of baby feeding chairs in the cafe, as well as diversify the breakfast menu a little.
Not a bad hotel. The rooms are cozy and quiet. For breakfast, scrambled eggs or porridge, to choose from. If only they had also washed the plumbing and tiles in the shower...
We lived in this place for 3 nights. The impressions are very contradictory. The price-quality ratio is 7 out of 10. What I liked: the location, parking, price, the rooms were quiet enough at night, breakfast, when I managed to try it completely, was also delicious, a choice of porridge or scrambled eggs. What I didn't like: the girl in the dining room, breakfast before 9.30, came to the dining room at 9.25 (we met our son at the airport late at night), the girl ran past us several times, after 8 minutes she came up and said that breakfast was over and we would not be fed. After requests and lengthy persuasions, she descended and brought porridge and scrambled eggs (sausage, cheese, jam, bread, etc. she decided to forget), did not forget to warn in an edifying tone that they would no longer be late (I, a 48-year-old man, felt like a naughty first-grader at that moment). I rented three rooms, one of them had used disposable slippers, 2 pairs stuffed into one bag. The remote control from the air conditioner must be received at the reception separately in order to be able to turn off the air conditioner at night. The kettle is also given out on request. The rooms were equipped in different ways, where there were no slippers, where there were accessories in the bathroom, glasses.
They set the locks in the doors, from the first time until you get used to it, you won't open it. In the shower room, after taking a shower, the entire floor is covered in puddles, flowing everywhere. The lid of the bucket in the bathroom is broken, they would have removed it altogether, but they have to lift it with their hands. Belt straps are torn off on the bathrobe. In the bathroom, for two guests, for three days, they put only one small piece of soap, one disposable gel and one disposable shampoo.
As soon as we entered the room, the lid of a bottle of cola under the table, a dead fly near the window and dust on the bedside table under the TV caught my eye. This is a cleaning issue.
We must pay tribute to the breakfasts, delicious porridge, delicious baursaks only from the stove are still hot, jam bread, butter, tea.
The staff at the reception are also great, they printed out the necessary documents for us at our first request,
A nice hotel. The rooms are quite spacious. The sofa is great, big, clean sheet. What I liked is that the bathroom has a bidet. Veruis is at the highest level.
I liked the location of the hotel itself, the fact that everything is nearby. The bus stop, the bazaar, despite this, it was not noisy. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. Especially milk porridges. The room was clean, the bed linen was clean and smelled nice. The price is reasonable, not expensive.
Cons, the room stank, then it was aired and the smell went away. The ventilation must be bad.
We were satisfied with our friends 👌
A very cozy hotel. Nice, spacious, bright rooms. Excellent sound insulation. You can hear it from behind the door, of course, but nothing from behind the walls and from above. Always delicious breakfasts. The range of dishes is not large, there is either fried eggs or porridge to choose from, but porridge is different every day-semolina, oatmeal, rice. And every time there are different pastries for tea or coffee - fresh rolls, or pies or pancakes. And again, everything is very tasty! The reception staff is very polite and always ready to help. Small problems with Wi-Fi, it catches well, then the network without Internet access, although it was repaired several times with us, but for some reason the problem was not solved… Overall, we really liked the hotel! But there are minor flaws with cleaning and dirty curtains))) I hope the management will pay attention to this.
A good budget hotel! The staff is friendly, very nice! The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a free breakfast, there is an elevator. In general, I liked everything!
Polite staff, everything is clean in the room. The breakfast is delicious and a lot of things are very)If I have to stay in Shymkent again, I will definitely choose your hotel)Well done, keep it up!
The doors are creaking. The maids took good advantage of my cream. Although it was an ointment of antisariasis(. I don't want to complain about such a small thing. But the fact remains. It was a shame when the floor of the ointment tube deteriorated while they were cleaning up. Breakfast is very meager, the same thing every day. The tea is terrible. The tables smelled like a smelly rag. The hotel is a good one. But the couples who come to cut themselves stupidly interfere with sleeping after a long journey. They need to learn how to categorize people. For example, we came for work and wanted to get some sleep. But the sighs are clearly audible. Although noise insulation is claimed.
A good hotel. Quiet, cozy. The rooms are good, the beds are huge, the orthopedic mattress is flat. The service is good. A delicious hearty breakfast. The staff is polite.
I liked the family room with two large double beds. There is a parking lot and a courtyard. By the way, you can rent a room for 12 hours for half the cost, which is not available in Turkestan
If there are no complaints about cleanliness - 5 Points. The hotel is ushatannaya. The repair is good but has not been updated for a long time. I sleep very well! Good mattresses and blankets! We moved to the Shymkent hotel, because we were not satisfied with the cleanliness. Everything in Shymkent is plastic, I didn't get enough sleep, but it's more comfortable and more expensive.
Saryarka is a good hotel. clean, when we booked, he did not ask for money, wrote down our name, and when he arrived, the number was ready. the admin is responsible.
This hotel sucks! I do not advise you to move in there. I've regretted choosing this place a thousand times!!! It is better to add on top and overpay, but live comfortably and comfortably in another hotel!
I lived in this hotel for 2 days, in general, I can't say anything bad, the room is comfortable with 1 large bed, breakfast is included, for this price I think it's okay.
Don't wait for the service, the prices are a little too high for Shymkent, the rooms are clean, a place where you can stop on the way.
3 stars for a 3-star hotel.
The service is normal, but they don't give you bathrobes. The cleanliness is excellent! The silence in the room is generally great! The location is also convenient, right next to the bus stop! But you won't be able to have lunch and dinner there!
A good not very expensive hotel in Shymkent. Large zoned room, everything you need to eat. Quietly. You get enough sleep. The breakfast is normal. It is suitable not only to spend the night, but also if you come for a few days. Near the upper market.
