I don't like the attitude towards the client. We connected to this company and "enjoyed" the Internet for less than 2 months. Then the interruptions began .To date, this has been going on for the 3rd month. The support service explained this by problems with the cable, which is laid in the basement of the house. It is extremely problematic to call the master. I came twice in the end, "fixed" the break, but after 2 hours there is no Internet again. The support service with promises to "speed up" and assurances of the deepest sympathy with subsequent recalculation somehow does not help recovery. Why do we need this "service" if, in fact, what we have been connecting for has been missing for 3 days at the moment. After the next request, the master called, said he was on his way and disappeared. Not a single word. Sarkor, you will not last so long on the image you once earned of a decent and reliable provider with such an approach to customer service. I do not recommend anyone to contact this provider.
