We really liked the hotel, well-groomed territory, nice rooms with modern furniture, buffet meals, delicious food. There is a swimming pool. It's not far to the sea. The rooms have everything you need: refrigerator, hairdryer, towels. There are balconies with a clothes dryer, a table and two armchairs. There is an ironing board and a cooler on the floor. The reception staff is very nice. In general, the impression of the hotel is positive, I can recommend it for a family holiday in Abkhazia.

I stayed here in June 2022. First of all, I want to draw the attention of those who are considering this hotel to the fact that when booking, it is necessary to specify where the windows of your room overlook. If it's in the yard, then don't take it. There, under the windows, the neighbor's household and pets and birds create a lot of noise even at night.
The territory near the hotel is well-groomed, clean, lots of flowers. There is a swimming pool and a small bar outside.
As for the rooms, the furniture is almost new, the interior is clean. There is a kettle. The hotel itself makes a pleasant impression.
But keep in mind that the administrators forbid buying food anywhere and bringing it to eat in the room. There is a refrigerator, but as we were told - only for drinks. If you want to eat, order from the reception or take breakfast, lunch and dinner. Apparently, the administration thinks that it is promoting the "room service" in this way. And in fact, this leads only to partisanship. All the same, all residents buy something on the side and arrange gatherings with local good wine. When booking, it is indicated that the breakfast is a buffet, but in fact everything is not so. The second approach is not possible. Moreover, the distribution for breakfast, for example, relies on no more than two sausages per person, Everything is strictly limited and standardized. This can be misleading. It would have been better if they had written on the website that the breakfast was continental. The staff is friendly, friendly and welcoming, but some of the rules at the hotel seem strange. Overall, the impression remained good and there are no complaints, but I will not recommend it.

We had a rest with my wife and children at the Saria Hotel. I really liked it, quiet beautiful places, not overloaded with tourists. The local wine is clean, the sea is quite close, and there is also a swimming pool on the territory, the cleanliness of which is monitored. We had a full meal, everything was delicious, decent portions.

It's a good place! We were with a child who was constantly in the heated pool. The sea is very close. There are coolers on the floors, air conditioners in the rooms, a polite young man at the reception.There is not much variety in the diet, but we were always full and satisfied. Hot water is often turned off, but this is not the problem of a particular hotel, but of Abkhazia as a whole! There is parking for about 6-7 cars in the courtyard. The rest are standing in the yard by the fence and, as practice shows, it is safe there.

We had a rest in Saria from September 10 to September 18, 2024. We ordered a transfer from Adler railway station for 3,500 rubles., having previously thrown off the ticket screen, in the hope that they would meet us from the train and help with our luggage. This did not happen, a Kia Optima passenger car was waiting for us at the station. We arrived and passed the border quickly. The price for such a transfer is very high.
We were moved to the second floor with a view of the courtyard, or rather to the cars of vacationers, which occupy the entire space.
Our meals are "half board", i.e. breakfasts and dinners. There is no brochure in the rooms with information about what time a meal is at the hotel and how much it costs. As we later found out – 700r.
The food was delicious, quite varied, watermelon, melon, sliced oranges, apples and kiwi were given from fruits. Very tasty cottage cheese. Dirty dishes should be put away on a separate table. Take the appliances where the plates are. Once I got a dirty spoon with lipstick, it was very unpleasant.
Saria does not have its own beach and there is nowhere to walk, the hotel territory is tiny, and it is crowded with cars. There is no embankment either. We went to the beach at the Era base. A sunbed and an umbrella were taken for a fee. It was disappointing.
We did not swim in the hotel pool, because it is small, the sun beds are right next to each other.
Beach towels are not provided, there are 2 towels per guest in the room, a small one and a larger one. I had to buy a litter there. There are pebbles on the beach, you can't do without "corals" - shoes for the beach. Locals are constantly racing around the sea on jet skis, inviting them to ride for a fee, almost over the heads of swimmers. Safety precautions leave much to be desired.
We took an excursion to Lake Ritsa, from the guy Vasily, who was on the beach, he had a little cheaper than it says on the counter at the hotel. I liked the tour, the guide Shazi is super! We are delighted, although this is our second trip to the Ritz.
I repeat, there is nowhere to walk there, we walked through the private sector, where cows and horses roam, respectively, and there are also products of their vital activity. In the evening, it is better not to go without a flashlight, you can step on something.

We had a family vacation, we really liked everything! The service is excellent and thoughtful. The hotel has a laundry room and a baby cot can be rented additionally. We had full board, we ate in the dining room, in the hotel, the chefs were smart, everything was very tasty. The sea is nearby, in the evenings we rested by the pool. It's just a fairy tale!
