The most delicious food during our trip to Uzbekistan. We also found it according to reviews, we arrived and still remember the wonderful barbecue of catfish, manta rays, the most gorgeous eggplant salad and samsa. Samsuya ate this for the first time, the dough is completely different, very thin and the broth inside is like in the layouts. I was expecting her and of course I poured this broth over myself. There was also ayran and a wonderful homemade lemonade.

We chose according to ratings and reviews , called and booked . It is located halfway between Bukhara and Kagan (Bukhara1 railway). The manager met me , arranged me and my suitcases in a separate room . Next, great food, great serving, great service. They offered to sit still , but there was no time and no place in the stomach. For the same price, we ate in Khiva and Bukhara (+++ food, serving,service)

We stayed in Bukhara , we were invited to this cafe-restaurant.
We settled into a separate room .
The waiters, in my opinion , do not particularly like their work , but according to the regulations they perform their duties on 4- .
The dishes are clean and pleasant .
I do not know the whole menu , but what we were treated to was just a delight , my husband and I really liked the food for 10 points .
About the institution itself — the facade of an ordinary dining room , where you can have a quick lunch if the location is near work . I assume that then they made an extension , rebranded the establishment and Sardoba was divided into two zones , or rather three . Common area , separate rooms and trestles in the yard .
If we are in Bukhara again, we will definitely visit again .
