- much bigger - I came for breakfast at 9.00 (announced 7.00-10.00)
And there is no hot and the girl advised: "come earlier"
At the same time, after the request of the guests from India, something hot appeared.

Delicious restaurant! Medallions and a solyanka bomb, the Covet is not bad. But the drinks are too sugary and sweet. Everything is OK in general, except for the curtains in the room, which are very strangely hung without completely covering the window. Nice cozy hotel. Not a lot of lazy staff, dust can be seen in the corners of the rooms. The shower door was broken, and there were empty packages from previous tenants behind the TV. A trifle, but not pleasant. Good breakfasts. It is very convenient that now you can order food at the bar.

The construction site is on site, the breakfast is very modest, the rooms are cold. The room was small and did not match the description on the booking website. It looks like they're settling in where it's free. The promised transfer was not provided to us. They did not clarify the attitude, as they were very tired of the night flight and had been traveling for only 2 days, but they made their conclusions. I will not recommend this hotel. For this price, there are hotels in Almaty with more pleasant conditions. Therefore, on the way back, we ordered another hotel.

Disaster. This hotel is for people who do not want to become a night. There is no sound insulation. Out of 6 nights, 5 did not sleep. We spent the sixth night with friends to sleep before departure. I do not recommend it. The condition of the hotel is shown in the photo. The shower stall did not close . The gap between the entrance door and the door frame is 1 cm. It was visible through to the room and back to the corridor. Cleaning 1 time in three days.

Once it was a cozy luxury hotel. Nothing has changed in the many years that I have stayed here. The furniture, like the whole furniture, has aged a lot. There are no repairs. Breakfast has become impoverished. I specially took a more expensive junior suite, but I was very upset, it was not possible to sleep, the springs of the mattress dug into the body. Service for 3+ is not particularly imposed. The room is cleaned only if you ask to hang a sign on the door. I lived for 4 nights, I asked once. If I hadn't asked, I don't think they would have cleaned up. It's supposed to be 1 bottle of water per day, but if you don't ask for it, they won't bring it. There is NO sound insulation from the corridor. If someone has a bad dream, you will hear everything that happens in the hallway. Even as the neighbors open the door to their room. The pool did not work at the end of April, which is logical in principle. Everything else is for 4. Breakfast is OK. The atmosphere in the room is authentic. The view from the window is pleasant. If you don 't find fault too much and get tired in the evening , you can live 🙂
