Loved this place, this hotel is made of wood and mud , rustic place gives good ambience, five star for this place but a bit far from the city.

I really liked the hotel.
The staff is friendly, the Wi-Fi is working, the room is equipped with everything you need.
Very interesting interior.
The breakfasts deserve special appreciation, everything is fresh, very tasty, the dining room is clean, there is no smell of anything superfluous. Thank you.
The hotel is located near the airport, Yandex taxi costs about 3 thousand tenge.
There is a market, a pastry shop and a family cooking in a couple of blocks.
I recommend.

The hotel is not bad. A large number of rooms. The rooms are spacious, with unusual wooden furniture. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. The only negative is that when we checked in, we didn't notice that the room was after the fire. We saw it only in the morning in the sunlight. However, there was no smell of burning at all, just a corner of the ceiling was whitewashed over blackness and it was noticeable in sunlight.

We vacationed in September 2023, looking for a hotel not far from the airport and with an outdoor pool. The choice fell on Saraishyk. The hotel is not new, but clean and is being renovated quietly. We were met, there is a transfer, we were placed quickly. The rooms have everything you need, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle. Breakfast is included, porridge, eggs, sliced cheese, sausages, tea, coffee, sweets. A gorgeous swimming pool, heated water, there is a small Jacuzzi with very warm water. You can swim from 10 a.m. to 23:00 p.m. Beauty. There is a good restaurant nearby. Of the disadvantages, the beds in the 2-bed room are very narrow.

Impressions from 4 days of stay are very good. Reception - perfect, bar - perfect, transfer - perfect. Breakfast is weak, in Kazakhstan it was possible to make it more diverse. We lived for 4 days - no one ever cleaned. Kazakhs don't seem to be dirty, but why take guests in the mud. And the cherry on the cake is the day of departure, the cleaning worker before departure tried to "rip off" the money for the dirty laundry in her opinion. Apparently the hotel has a problem with the washing machine and shifts the laundry from one room to another. My wife had to teach her to wash clothes, at least with the help of toilet soap.

When we went to this hotel, I did not believe that there could be a guest house in this area corresponding to the photos. Excellent coffee zone - it is convenient to work, drink coffee, and eat pies. Breakfast buffet for 3, but for the cost of the day is acceptable. The pool was already closed. The food is generally good, tasty, without adventures afterwards. Minus, the rooms are dusty and not very well cleaned. Considering the cost, the food, the coffee zone- I would come back.

Nice hotel and kind staff. The perfect restaurant with delicious food. Large territory and interesting design.
But when entering the territory, they immediately noticed that there was no Russian flag. There are American, European, Arab Emirates, Turkey, Kazakhstan. But there was no place for the Russian flag.

The staff is friendly and helpful.
A good breakfast, not monotonous, you can always choose something. There is a room for storing things, you can also take things to the laundry room, where everything is neatly washed and dried.
The price includes access to the outdoor pool, which helps a lot when you relax with a child. There is also an excellent restaurant on site with delicious food and reasonable prices.
The silence at night and in the morning is very captivating, because there is something to compare (we were in a hotel in the center, it is impossible to sleep because of the constant noise).

Everything is best! I only stay here. Yes, there are disadvantages, such as a simple interior, sometimes noisy drunks in the rooms and a simple breakfast, as well as non-working towel rails. But all the disadvantages are outweighed by a large outdoor heated pool and SPA, friendly staff. The cost is affordable.

There are friendly receptionists at the reception, they try to help if possible, room cleaning does not take place regularly, you have to ask. The rooms are in poor condition, layers of plaster hang from the ceiling, the walls are stained, the furniture is old, the air conditioners have never been serviced - with a smell, the rooms are dirty: there are all sorts of things under the beds, dust in lumps, someone's socks and much more. The bathroom is an old shower stall in black mold.
The breakfasts are modest, mostly greens- cucumbers, tomatoes, you can order scrambled eggs or an omelet.
The pool seems to be paid, mostly children frolic there, but it is monitored and cleaned every morning.
I must say that the hall and dining room have been renovated and everything looks pretty good. But the numbers.... It's a nightmare

The most disgusting and bluesy hotel in my life. The pool is dirty, terrible music is playing 24/7 by the pool, a lifeguard with a loudspeaker (as if on purpose) tries to shout over the music with his ridiculous statements about his friends swimming in the pool for free. It looks disgusting. Not culturally.
The rooms are dead, dirty. The TV doesn't work, the air conditioner doesn't work either. There was no cleaning during the week of stay. Although these rooms are perfect for fans of unpleasant odors from the kitchen, which is located on the minus ground floor. By the way, the waiters are terribly stupid. They practically do not communicate in Russian, and they can only swear in Kazakh. Get ready to listen to reproaches and complaints from the staff on any occasion.

I liked the pool. And the infinitely kind girls at the reception. It's about the good stuff. And about the cons:
1. No one knows anything about whether the machine works with coffee in the morning. And when will it be repaired
2. Waiters do not know the menu from the word at all. And they just say - I don't know
3. I waited for the bill by the pool for 20 minutes until I went to get it myself
4. Yesterday the reception bar did not work, and today it does- but there is no bartender. We need to ask the reception and they will call the bartender.
5. Sheets, sorry with holes…
6. Tables are dirty in the morning, you need to ask to be wiped. Although there are a lot of waiters, they just have their own party.
The general feeling is that the waiters "children" work by inertia, there are no elders, there is simply no one to explain to them that the guests need attention. We're leaving in a couple of days, I'm afraid we won't be back.

A gorgeous place! While we were on vacation, it was planned to live in different places every day, this is the best place we lived in, and we returned here on the last day. The staff is well-mannered and interested in your comfort, leaving a very pleasant impression.
Pros: near the airport, spa pool, pharmacies; staff, delicious food and portion size; air conditioning; refrigerator in the room.
Cons: I would also like a kettle in the room, there is nothing more to complain about.

Just a good hotel for a modest price! Therefore, 5 stars for the price/quality ratio. Always clean towels, bed linen, a good breakfast and a lot of cheap additional services (laundress, pool, spa, etc.). The only thing that has worsened over the past month is that they stopped leaving cakes and buns in the lobby) Otherwise, I am very pleased with my long (4 months) stay here.

The cost of services does not correspond to their quality at all!
The room is smoky, despite the fact that it was declared as "non-smoking". Of furniture: a wardrobe without doors, more like a shelving, a bed and a kind of table are made of varnished boards, bedside tables and lamps are missing (so to turn off the light before going to bed, you have to get out of bed). The kettle has to be moved to another part of the room to warm up, because there is no outlet nearby. The existing outlet is "loose", which does not comply with fire safety standards at all. The sound insulation is very poor: being in the room, you become an unwitting participant in all the dialogues in the hotel lobby and by the pool.
Only cafes and breakfasts that are prepared there deserve a positive assessment (cleanliness, comfort and quality).
I will be looking for another hotel for future trips
