A normal hotel, good breakfasts, convenient location, shops nearby. Five minutes walk to the tourist center. Everything is fine. If you find yourself in the off-season, do not hesitate to turn on the heating! The air conditioner is not working for heating, the underfloor heating is also not turned on

Excellent location of the hotel, 5-7 min walk from Fountain Square, friendly and helpful staff. Family Suite with balcony is a spacious and comfortable room for living, 2 bottles of water are put on every day

The worst hotel we've been to!Purchased 5 stars.The entrance and facade looks expensive, but the rooms and service are just the bottom.We were in a Deluxe room.And in it we got shabby furniture, torn wallpaper and LACK of AIR CONDITIONING.+36 it was 4 days, the window is on the sunny side and the managers could not make the air conditioner in 4 days!No one responded to our requests, they only fed us breakfast, which will be done tomorrow.And the worst thing is that you will not be moved anywhere, because the air conditioner is not stationary, but a common ventilation network.The room was ready for 1 person, although it was indicated 2. They asked to bring a chair, so we waited for it for 1.5 days.The pastel linen is all torn. Never check in here-you'll just throw away the money!
