An interesting and atmospheric hotel near the city center. The rooms are loft style, clean and well maintained. Large bed, wardrobe, shower. Everything is in good working order. We cleaned every day. In the same Sheraton, closer to the center, the rooms are the same in terms of equipment, but more boring and twice as expensive. The breakfast is average and fully corresponds to the price per room. There is a local supermarket opposite the hotel (and there are not many in Baku), and a couple of good restaurants. For an unassuming vacation in the capital of Azerbaijan, I definitely recommend it.
I chose this hotel because of its atmosphere, and I didn't miss it.
Beautiful entrance area, corridors, rooms. The breakfasts are also very tasty, although monotonous. We've been here for 5 days now, and only on the second day (Friday), in addition to the standard meal, there were baked vegetables and rustic potatoes. In the early days, Turkish delight was very tasty, but on the third day it is no longer there.
On the plus side: the rooms are spacious, the staff is polite - they gave us a bakikart card + the money was changed at the normal exchange rate, in general, they are very friendly to the Russians, the Wi-fi is good
On the downside: the rooms are quite cool, we couldn't keep warm the first night, then we saw the air conditioner, but it warms up very slowly. There is no heated towel rail or battery, that is, you don't even wash your socks.
But the biggest disadvantage is that I'm willing to bet 3 🌟
This is a beautiful restaurant, which has been hosting weddings for the third day out of five. The first night we were fed breakfast and told that everything should be over at 22:30, while we asked for a room, everything was already quiet (at 23:15), since I have a small child, silence is very important to me. There was another wedding from Saturday to Sunday, we immediately asked for a room upstairs, as a result, around 22.00 we were given a room on the 5th floor, by the way, the wedding could be heard from there, but not like that. It was cold in the room, so at 4 a.m. we returned to our room on the 3rd floor. We thought that was it with weddings. But today we were returning in the evening, and there was another wedding, and loud music was playing all over the hotel again.
It's great that the hotel makes money from weddings, but it's sad that guests become victims of all these events.
If you go to bed after 23.30, the hotel option is wonderful! By the way, the bus stop is nearby and you can get to the center in 7-10 minutes. But I'm not sure I'll come here the second time.
We stayed in this hotel for 5 days.
It is located near the center. The interior is in the style of "expensive and very artistic".
Noisy parties are held every day on the ground floor of the restaurant. Weddings, birthdays. In this regard, there are a lot of extra people in the hotel and it is noisy.
Cleaning in 5 days was carried out efficiently only once. The rest of the days, the floors were not washed, vacuumed, or coffee was not added.
She asked to bring an iron to the room, the request was fulfilled the next day after two reminders.
Breakfast is the same every day, I was not happy with the variety.
Meat sausage and sausages.
The most negative thing was the things left in the room.
We returned for them the next day, but the receptionist said they had been thrown away.
To my indignation, I was shown a registration form stating that the hotel is not responsible for the money and belongings left behind.
It is for theft that I reduce the rating to one star.
