They put me in the wrong room, and then they dragged their feet with the relocation. There were jambs in the room in the form of a torn panel from the shower stall, a dangling outlet. They promised to fix it, but they didn't do anything. The administrator Ekaterina is polite and responsive, I hope you will fix the flaws.
