The main thing is not to go from Astana by bus to Omsk via Odessa. 150+km of absolute off-road on the part of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a 17-hour trip in torture conditions. The speed is 25-35km/h. It is not clear why people and equipment should be risked so much? So why torment them in this direction when there is a very good road through Petropavlovsk to Isilkul?

Hello. I wanted to complain about the old railway station of Gastan. That the parking lot in front of it does not belong to the train station but is privately owned by someone. That entry is paid for the disabled. I talked to the parking operator who said that one hour of free arrival is allocated for the disabled. Although parking for the disabled is not regulated in Kazakhstan. I defended one hour and paid 100 tenge. The train was late. I stood for another hour, I think I'll wait and I'll pay for two 200tg as indicated in the price list 2h-200tg. It was not here that it was necessary to leave and re-enter so that the time would be reset if this is not done, you have to pay 1100tg since only 2 hours are allocated for parking and then you automatically have to plot 1100tg. It seems to me that this is not correct at all.

Shame on you! It sucks, dirt, drunken aunts are settling in, the building is closed for the night, because of the administrator, we almost missed the train at 6 a.m., while she went out to open the door for us, although she knew that the door was closed there! The bed stinks, old and washed, the shared toilet is smelly and old! In general, it was scary that there were cockroaches and bedbugs, so we didn't get enough sleep. We practically did not sleep, we disdained pillows, the price is 6000 for two people a night (does not correspond to reality at all), it would be better to stay asleep in the waiting room at the station 🤦🏼

Terrible buses are leaving this bus station. The bus we were on had a seat attached to the middle exit. It shouldn't have been there, but it was inserted, apparently, to earn more money. The seats are broken. I had to drive for 21 hours in a chair that was lying down, since it was not in a sitting position. Just after leaving the bus station, we waited for 25 minutes while something was loaded onto the bus. The driver stood at almost every stop for 20-30 minutes.
