Excellent staff and service, daily breakfast to choose from, it is also possible to come up and make yourself tea or coffee during the day. Many rooms were confused by problems with door handles and locks. Also, until we personally asked, we were not provided with towels, some rooms have glasses, some have one, some do not have any. In principle, a good hotel, we are generally satisfied with our choice.

It was a terrible hotel, there was some kind of stench in the room, cockroaches and flies everywhere, everything was broken. I do not recommend this hotel, even to the enemy. It's a pity cockroaches didn't take the photo, it just wasn't possible to be there.

As always, everything is on the level. The very center of the city. The prices are more than acceptable. The breakfasts are excellent, the service is almost perfect. For such a sum, and even in Shymkent.... there is no such thing anymore!

Good day! This weekend I had the honor to visit this Hotel. We stayed in a suite, which is located on the 1st floor. The hotel as a whole left only positive emotions, except for small details: 1. There is no urn in the rooms, there is only one in the bathroom, which fills up quickly 2. The sink is very stylish, but not comfortable and not practical (especially for children).
