The advantages are the proximity to the center, all the sights, parks, the Arbat pedestrian zone are within walking distance.
Excellent breakfast buffet, very varied and hearty.
The disadvantage is the weak Internet in the room.

-wi-fi does not work from year to year, I stay at this hotel and it never works, by the way, cellular communication in Shymkent works very poorly and is very expensive, they have not fixed this problem, which has been going on for I do not know how many years
- secondly, the breakfasts were the same and there is less and less variety, and everything is always baked cold and not the first freshness
Everything is smeared on plates in minimal quantities.
Thirdly, water is given grudgingly....
The question is, what are we paying for? For the fact that there is a large bed and it is located in the city center?
At the moment, I rent an apartment on Arbat for a nominal price, in which everything is perfect, everything works, the city center.
In general, we overpay the hotel for nothing!
Prices are rising, they save on everything..

I was in May, I can't say how it would be in the heat. I took the most budget room. Therefore, I will not write anything about repairs and so on. For very little money, I got the opportunity to wash in my shower, spend the night and have breakfast. It's probably tastier than I've ever eaten in expensive hotels. Thanks to the nice girl at the reception Asem, settled in at night, helped with advice and was very kind.

The rooms are spacious, bright design, good bed, good quality towels, large bathroom, hairdryer, safe. A decent contingent, a quiet environment. The only thing that was cleaned in the room for 5 days was only 1 time, perhaps because I did not put up a sign asking for cleaning. And one minus - they burned grass in the corridor...as the name of her adyraspan is correct, not everyone can stand her smell, and it stinks terribly for a long time.
The location is excellent, close to Mega, many places where you can eat.
