We stayed at this hotel in September 2019. Everything is fine, the hotel is new, the pool is cool, I liked the room, the breakfasts are also good. One minus is that we have never had our bed linen changed all the time (11 nights), maybe because my daughter dyed the pillowcase with her hair, but it was thanks to this pillowcase that we realized that we had never had our linen changed. There's nowhere to dry towels and swimsuits, it's just a disaster. We had a balcony, but it is forbidden to hang anything on it, and there is nowhere, the laundry can simply be blown away by the wind or wet by a downpour. From the center with all kinds of cafes, exchange offices, the hotel is quite remote, I had to walk to the central part for 20-30 minutes on foot or by taxi. The weather in Nha Trang was not always sunny, it rained, often in the evenings, sometimes in the afternoon. And in the mountains, it apparently rained constantly, so the river that flows into the sea in the vicinity of the city brought a lot of mud into the sea (silt, mud) and the sea became incredibly yellow and dirty. There were waves on the beach every DAY, many vacationers were disappointed, they did not go swimming with children. We went on excursions to the islands, the sea was cleaner there, and there is something to see while swimming with masks. However, in some places there were jellyfish that sting a lot and it was impossible to swim even next to the ship. There were no jellyfish on the beach in Nha Trang, but they were everywhere on the islands. Maybe the time is like this... When I was there in February of the same year, I didn't see any jellyfish or dirty sea. Therefore, the conclusion is as follows:it is better to go in February than in September. And I recommend the hotel for young people who are not too lazy to walk to the center. Nha Trang is being built quickly and strongly, maybe in a month, half a year and everything will change in this area. The most luxurious hotels are being built nearby, I think that the center will soon stretch to this area and you will not have to walk as far as we had to. And I forgot to mention the Chinese, there were a lot of them in the hotel, about 90%, and 10% are Russians, mostly young people, without children. The Chinese did not stop us from relaxing, they were rarely in the pool, and little, mostly just taking pictures, and we certainly drank rum and swam there, maybe they were shy of us.... In general, we liked the country very much, despite the busy schedule of excursions we purchased at Alfa Tours, we did not visit everywhere, and not everything was viewed. And there is something to see in the country and it's worth going there!
- they charge money for early check-in (about $ 36 for 4 hours), although the room is already available;
- balconies are absolutely not functional, because you can't dry the laundry (fine for this), there are no chairs, so you won't be able to sit;
- there is only one chair in the double room, the second one has not been brought, despite requests. There is no table at all. To drink tea, you need to move the bedside tables and sit on the bed;
- bed linen was changed 1 time in 12 days;
- room cleaning takes no more than 5 minutes. You move the bedside table, there's garbage and dust. The tub has never been washed.
- fruits cannot be stored in the room (also a fine);
- breakfasts, from the very opening of the restaurant, are swept away by the Chinese and the hotel does not care about those guests who come to breakfast after the Chinese. Not only is there nothing to eat, but it's also a complete shit;
- beach towels are paid;
- there is no place for drying swimsuits;
- it is practically impossible to use the rooftop pool, because it is hot during the day, and there are three or four umbrellas from the sun. And when the sun goes down, the pool closes at 18 o'clock.
In short, everything looks beautiful, everyone is smiling, but in fact no one is interested in the guests. It turns out that the hotel is not grateful to people that they made their choice in its favor, but people should be grateful to the hotel that it allowed them to stay here.
The hotel is not bad, the room is not very well cleaned. There is no Russian channel on TV. The breakfasts are good. Convenient location, not noisy, the sea is three to five minutes walk from the hotel. There is a supermarket nearby.
