Quiet, sweet, unobtrusive.
There was a kettle, glasses in the room, and a lot of different towels in the bathroom.
A new room on the ground floor. The Windows overlook the courtyard. Everything is clean and tidy. Not a luxury, of course, but very decent for its price.
Breakfast was served at a nearby hotel. Considering that this is still not a huge hotel, but rather a mini-hotel, then everything is very good. Almost a home kitchen, nice staff.
The reception staff are friendly, young guys. They are very friendly.
The room was booked and paid for online through one of the services. Do not forget to print out the reservation and payment in advance. Or you can show the page of your personal account through which you made a reservation. They asked for confirmation upon arrival.
We were settled almost at night, for which thank you very much!
There are problems with sound insulation, but not critically. There were practically no people, so there was mostly silence.
In general, it is a good hotel if your goal is to travel around Yerevan and Armenia or work, and not to lie in a room all day.
The service is poor. Parking is either paid or on the road in front of the hotel, and the staff suggests standing up, blocking the entrance to their paid parking lot, because "no one uses it anyway."
There is not a single urn in the room, at all. The staff offered to collect garbage in a bag, but there are no bags either - "find it yourself."
There is no sound insulation, the audibility is disgusting.
There are no chairs in the room.
The closet seems to be for show. The doors lock with a key, but there is no key. Of the three doors, one was closed, meaning it could not be used.
There is a hot tub in the room, but it is broken.
There are not enough lamellas in the bed, the mattress is falling through.
We stayed 2 times and will come again. A great hotel to stay in for a few days. Fresh renovation, new furniture. Delicious homemade breakfasts. Round-the-clock check-in
