In general, the store is not bad, a good basic list of products for the grocery store. There are self-service ticket offices. The main complaint against the staff. The staff is very elderly, and apparently there is not enough of it. At the self-service checkout, you always have to wait for someone for a long time and shout at the whole store, because the employee allocated for this is never in place. Sometimes there are not enough baskets.
The store was like a store, I bought ready-made food there, everything seemed to be fine, the food was fresh and quite tasty. I also didn't like the fact that you can't buy one or two plastic forks or spoons, but you have to throw money at a set of 10 such forks that I don't need. Well, I would also like to have regular washcloths for taking a shower in the assortment. Add such a necessary accessory to the sale. Thank you for your work and for adding a washcloth to your product range :)
The assortment is quite good.
Fresh pastries and quite tasty. Excellent selection of vegetables and fruits. The staff of the hall are very responsive, especially the girl in the dairy department.
The advantages are standard
Minuses:
1) there are few ticket offices during rush hour.
2) huge queues at the meat department
3) semi-finished products are often spoiled. I gave them a few chances, everything went into the trash. It's already sour.
4) cigarettes in one cash register, where people can calculate food carts, although it is written up to 5 purchases
Only in case of urgent need and only milk, bread and.. If you dare to take something from cooking, whether it's ready-made or semi-finished, then immediately go to the pharmacy and stock up on everything you need from food poisoning. The network, in principle, saves on staff, but this has not changed since the days of Rublevsky (a nursing home on the move).
There are few products, but there is some variety. The service is good, but in the meat department you can stand at the refrigerators for a long time and wait until the seller comes up. There are self-service cash desks, but they do not have a separate manager, if there are long queues and you buy something for which you need a passport, you can stand and wait forever until the vacant cashier comes up, the same situation if there is a problem at the self—service checkout. There are huge queues in the middle of the day, but only 2-3 cash desks and 4 self-service cash desks are open (which do not have a manager). -1⭐ for the fact that there is no milk slice in the dairy department(((
The advantage is the convenient location of the store.
The store is good, the selection of goods is not huge but normal, the quality of goods is excellent, there are self-service ticket offices, prices are average.
We are pleased with the availability of self-service ticket offices . A wide range of products is presented. The store is clean. It's funny that age-old aunts are sitting at the cash registers. They do their job well. I recommend this store.
The quality of goods, especially semi-finished products, is terrible. The staff has remained since the days of "before Rublevsky". The cashiers are rude, the queues are constant. It has been constantly dirty near the store lately. No one cleans the trash cans near the store. And in the store itself, candy wrappers and ice cream wrappers are the norm.
Nice spacious store. There is a small parking lot. I like the assortment.

the store is good, the man working in the meat department is the best thing in this store. He is very pleasant in communication, he will tell you if you need something. But a very unfriendly woman was sitting at the self-service checkout, instead of calmly asking for a passport, she came up with a dissatisfied face and said "you're fine." And so, in general, the store is good
A great store in a residential area. A good range of products and household chemicals. Normal prices. Polite staff. It is comfortable to make purchases. We really liked it.
A good assortment and selection of goods. The staff generally works well, leaving a pleasant impression. The quality of the goods, as in any store, is not particularly different, but always at a good level. Sometimes it happens that a fairly small number of ticket offices are open, but this is usually in the morning. Pastries, especially when fresh, are also very tasty.
The staff is disgusting, the sellers are rude, there is always no administrator at the self-service ticket offices. You ask to call someone, and they ignore you
I live nearby and for me this is a regular store for daily purchases. It doesn't seem to be anything special. But its advantage is the absence of disadvantages typical for many other stores (including the Santa chain). I don't know how, but specifically in this store there are no long queues (although it happens that there is only 1 cashier, but if something comes up quickly), it is always cozy, neat, the assortment is just normal. I would say this - an ordinary store without flaws.
A terrible selection of vegetables, the liquid in the refrigerators is warm, a weak selection of meat, few baked goods
Cashiers at CSR do not know how to work with the equipment
Sellers are rude, because of the unusual hairstyle, they are ready to express all their dissatisfaction to the client

There is almost NEVER any fresh bread today. Sellers, obviously on purpose, do not spread fresh bread until they sell the old one. There is a 3-4-day loaf and bread, and half-empty storefronts. There is no one at the self-service checkout. If something happens, no one can be reached. There are few cash registers. Queues. A small selection of sausages. Some products do not have a price tag.
This is an assessment for the entrance area. Narrow, long, all far from each other. With a cart, you can't stand near the table to put it in a bag, because even for two there are few I.P. Well, sellers, to put it mildly, try to answer questions without much desire. More than once, and in different departments.
With an assortment of more or less.
A cleanly neat decent layout is the standard assortment for Santa of this format. The pastries and the general saturation in the store are pleasing, despite the early morning. It was about 9 a.m.Well done.If there is a queue at the cash register, the girl could cope with the self-service checkout
Very rude staff. Cashiers have been working since the store opened and decided that they were allowed to be rude to customers. Any question is answered rudely. When there is a large influx of people, there are two cash desks, or even one. When there are no people, 4-5 cash desks work, they sit and scratch their tongues. Where is the management looking ? Horror.
My best store . I live near it and go there all the time . Once there was a shopping center , then Rublevsky , Santa . The poor walls of the store have seen a lot since '86
I never worry about the expiration dates of products, as Santa always keeps an eye on them. Offers only fresh products, at least in this store everything is fine with that
Promotions are always available. There is a fairly large selection of products, vegetables and fruits, meat is also presented in the assortment. Queues are average, cashiers work fast. Parking is free right in front of the store.
The store is quite spacious and well-planned. You always know what's where, you don't waste time looking for it. Yesterday I liked that the cashier was really friendly, lifted my mood.
A store with a good assortment, friendly staff, clean, it is very convenient that self-service cash desks have been set up. There is a parking lot, an ATM.
Well, what can I say. Santa is like Santa, sellers have been working since the moment when Rublevsky was, there are no queues, Only sometimes when 1 cash register is working))
It's a small store, but there's almost everything. The most terrible thing about it is the cash registers, there are such brakes that sometimes you just want to leave the grocery basket and leave. Fortunately, there are self-service ticket offices now.
Extensive product selection.
Nevertheless, quality control is at the lowest level: maggots in nuts, mold inside homemade muffins, rotten meat - a familiar situation in Santa.
The assistant at the self-service cash desks is constantly absent, so if you hesitate in searching for a wallet, it's easier to punch everything again than wait forever for someone to come up.
The very presence of self-service ticket offices pleases.
