I waited for the consultant at the self-service checkout for 10 minutes. When I asked the cashier at the ONLY cash register (there were more than 8 people in line) to help, I shouted and couldn't come up for 10 minutes until the scandal started, the girl came up and decided she was very grateful to her. I won't come to this store anymore.

The store is not bad, within walking distance, the assortment, except for vegetables and fruits, pleases the eye. But self-service cash desks are in a deplorable state: they are always dirty, it is unpleasant to put out purchases, it is simply unrealistic to call the seller-cashier to confirm the age or solve other problems. The usual answer: "I'm busy, I have people" or "Go and stand in the general queue, it will be better for you and us." Administration, if you read reviews, teach your cashiers how to work and talk politely to customers. I would like to have more respect in the store where we leave money every day.

On June 26, 2024, in this trading company, I witnessed the boorish treatment of the director (!) with the cashier. At first I didn't understand what kind of lady in a pink dress was yelling at the whole store. Later I found out that this is the head. I do not know what was the reason for this behavior of this city director, but I am sure that it is not acceptable to allow yourself to do this in relation to your subordinates! After all, no one has canceled professional ethics yet. I note that this "boss" ran between the shelves with products without overalls (at least a bathrobe), which violates sanitary standards. Maybe this manager should think about changing jobs? I watched this cashier later, who was publicly lynched.......The woman was simply "killed." And she had to work at the cash register for another half day. ........

The attitude towards vegetables and fruits is terrible, half of it is rotten. The situation in the sausage department is no better, green sausage is considered the norm in this store. I won't keep silent about the fish department either. The photo shows the condition of the herring, I didn't even notice in a hurry at the store, but when I came home, I was horrified. How can this be sold? Girls working in this store, pay attention to what you give to the customer! Of course, for 2 rubles, I will not return it. But nevertheless, the situation is not pleasant

If you decide to use self-service cash desks, you risk being stuck indefinitely until the cashier pays attention to you, who, quote, "does not have ten hands" and is not up to you (from personal experience with the cashier 07.06.2024 around 17.00). Otherwise, the store is not bad, but after such an attitude, you don't want to go there and stand in line at the checkout in the presence of self-service cash desks. I'll probably go to the competitors :)

Not a bad store. Constantly eating fruits, milk. There are no pastries in this Santa store. Cooking is expensive, but there is a choice. There is a large selection of fish, but it is also expensive. Alcohol (wine) is more expensive than in other stores. Also with tea and coffee. The queues are not large (usually 3-4 people).
