But self-service cash desks are in a deplorable state: they are always dirty, it is unpleasant to put out purchases, it is simply unrealistic to call the seller-cashier to confirm the age or solve other problems. The usual answer: "I'm busy, I have people" or "Go and stand in the general queue, it will be better for you and us." Administration, if you read reviews, teach your cashiers how to work and talk politely to customers. I would like to have more respect in the store where we leave money every day.

Maybe this manager should think about changing jobs? I watched this cashier later, who was publicly lynched.......The woman was simply "killed." And she had to work at the cash register for another half day. ........
The attitude towards vegetables and fruits is terrible, half of it is rotten. The situation in the sausage department is no better, green sausage is considered the norm in this store. I won't keep silent about the fish department either. The photo shows the condition of the herring, I didn't even notice in a hurry at the store, but when I came home, I was horrified. How can this be sold? Girls working in this store, pay attention to what you give to the customer! Of course, for 2 rubles, I will not return it. But nevertheless, the situation is not pleasant
If you decide to use self-service cash desks, you risk being stuck indefinitely until the cashier pays attention to you, who, quote, "does not have ten hands" and is not up to you (from personal experience with the cashier 07.06.2024 around 17.00). Otherwise, the store is not bad, but after such an attitude, you don't want to go there and stand in line at the checkout in the presence of self-service cash desks. Alcohol (wine) is more expensive than in other stores. Also with tea and coffee. The queues are not large (usually 3-4 people).
