A great store for the locals!! Everything you need is available, plus a large Parking lot. There were no complaints, but yesterday a very "competent" seller did not behave professionally!
I made the necessary purchases and went to the self-service checkout. When paying with my card issued by a Belarusian bank, which I use to pay for purchases all the time, including in this store, the cashier knocked out the error "no permission".
This is the first time I have made such an error, I tried to repeat the payment several times, but without any changes. I called the seller for help. And here I heard an incorrect tone and accusations against me: "we do not accept Russian cards ... this is the Bank of Russia.. and so on.."
I was shocked, the seller didn't even listen to me, she didn't react to my information in any way, except for aggression, she left. There was no help in making purchases.
This behavior goes beyond communication and has greatly damaged the reputation of the store.
I want sellers to work in the store, not saleswomen!
A good store, a great chain of stores. The location is also good - there hasn't been enough of this kind of store for a long time. Basically, an ordinary Santa, only, as it seemed to me, the staff here is more friendly and not tired)
An ordinary Santa. The place is good. There are often queues at the ticket offices, but there are several self-service ticket offices. Inside there is a good Dachenka store with all sorts of household / construction / garden goods.
