An ordinary Santa, the assortment is average. The coffee, unfortunately, is not delicious (but the syrup does its job). The staff is polite. However, there is not always a product on the shelves, sometimes you need to ask the staff - they either disassemble it quickly or do not have time to put it out.

The choice has disappeared, and the product range has significantly collapsed, the quality of baking has deteriorated, there is still a place for baking pizza, but it is not baked, from the good - the employees are all old to work, the velivy pleasant staff. If earlier it was possible to evaluate the store by quality - average, above average, now the quality of the store has become below average. I put 3 because of the good staff and human attitude to people, otherwise the score would be lower.
