I am extremely concerned about the level of service in your store. Despite a sufficient range of products, the quality of service leaves much to be desired.
The staff shows complete indifference to customers: employees allow themselves to talk on the phone during working hours, which is why they have to wait a long time for them to appear from the back rooms. Some employees behave inappropriately, rudely communicating with customers.
My request to call the administrator was ignored, and instead I received threats to call the police. When trying to purchase a puff pastry, the seller rudely reported a refusal to heat it.
I have experience in catering and consider this behavior unacceptable. In our company, we pay great attention to customer reviews and strive to satisfy them. Apparently, there is no such practice in your store.
I hope you will take the necessary measures to improve the quality of service and increase the professionalism of your staff.
