Previously, when the sawn-off was prepared by sellers, the gills were removed and the cut was smooth. Now the workers of the workshop have joined the cutting - the result is that the gills are not removed, the cut is as close as possible to the jaw (angle). What remains are the gills, jaw and eyes that have not been removed. And it's at the same price - 7 rubles per kg! I attach a photo when cutting 4 heads - the yield of useful goods is 10%. Question - are there rules and regulations for cutting fish into components?

And they say you're fantasizing about how I won't come, there's nothing like that, I even met with those who are responsible for. They said such products: "we did it for the holiday, but why not do it now on March 23, and anyway it's great to take it, buy it already prepared and make yourself something that you don't have to mess around and nothing." I would also like to note another thing, I often take fish, no matter what the heck is there, so as not to mess around, I take the finished one so much I roll it in flour that there are so many fish, how much of this flour? It's soaked in the fish, but I love it, I clean it up, but it's still not very pleasant and 2 bellies, then, of course, you need to wash it out if this fish is especially fried. It seems that the pizza is not baked - protein in liquid form is rolling on the pizza. And the pizza itself is not to say that it is hot. On my appeal to the pizzeria to finish - like it should be and there will be no other way... I'm not a fan of raw eggs, especially in catering. I don't think it's safe either. Therefore, I do not recommend it very much, be vigilant.

К удивлению, после смены владельца, магазин остался таким же удобным для посетителя. Удобное расположение на выезде из Минска и большой ассортимент продуктов обеспечивают постоянный поток посетителей. Осталась вкусная выпечка, хороший выбор алкогольных напитков. Молодцы владельцы.
