We had a family vacation in June 2024. I liked everything very much. The hotel is wonderful, a pool for children, a trampoline, a playground. For adults, gazebos, barbecues. Everything you need to relax. Within walking distance of shops, pharmacies, cafes, canteens. The host Armen is a very hospitable person. Anastasia and Alexander are also wonderful and helpful people. We like to relax here.We've been there twice, and we're planning more this year. Santa Sofia is designed for a family vacation, there are no shabby companies ready to party all night. A big plus is that the houses are separated from each other, there is no common wall and you don't jump at night if someone hits the wall with his hand in a dream.the kitchen has everything you need, but there are also dining rooms within walking distance.there is a large beach, no one sits on each other's heads (there are cows, but this is all over the territory of Abkhazia, so this is not a minus, but just worth taking for granted).the pool is gorgeous.gazebos with a barbecue area are located away from the houses, so no one bothers anyone.for me personally, everything I need for a vacation is available in Santa Sofia

We rested at the base from June 10 to June 21, 2024💯💯💯 We were completely delighted. I'm still impressed. The atmosphere at the base is good for everyone, both adults and children of any age. There is everything for comfort: a refrigerator both in the room and outside (there is a shelf for each room), a TV (if you need it at all), air conditioning, two comfortable beds, a toilet and a shower cabin, a kitchen equipped with everything you need. On the territory there is a large heated swimming pool with always clean water, gazebos with a barbecue area, an area covered with a canopy for eating and just hiding from the sun, a trampoline for children and a swing, sun beds with umbrellas💥💥💥 The Internet is excellent, there is cold and hot water.
The sea is beyond the gate with a wide coastline. You can walk along the shore for a long, long time. There is also a lot of things on the shore for convenience.
All shops, canteens, cafes are close. The bus stop in the nearest city is about 7 minutes on foot.
And most importantly, the owner Armen and the assistants Nastya and Sasha are very friendly and hospitable people.

We had a family vacation in September 2023, two adults, two small children. The sea is 80 meters away, there are no buildings on the way, the first line. There are two double beds in the house. There is a large communal kitchen with a huge amount of all the accessories. Three healthy refrigerators. Heated swimming pool. Gazebos with barbecue grills, private Parking. The territory is clean and well maintained. Canteens, cafes, pharmacy, shops, market, bus stop - all 5-7 minutes of a leisurely walk, on the next street. There are 2 cafes with music for dancing in the distance, but you can't hear it in the room. The price tag is normal. The sea is beautiful, clean, the beach is sand and small pebbles. At the end of August 2024 we are going there again)).

We had a family vacation in June 2024 .
Everything is very good.
There was a storm at sea for two days, but it did not spoil our mood, as the owner Armen turned on the heating in the pool and we all enjoyed the warm water.
On a sunny day, the pool itself is warm.
The rooms are cozy, clean, and air-conditioned.
I want to mention Anastasia. The girl who meets and accompanies.
Anastasia keeps the kitchen and the territory clean and tidy.
Imagine they are vacuuming the floor on the street throughout the recreation center, so that the sand from the sea does not interfere with vacationers.
The place is magical.
Our family had fun.
Armen, the owner of the guest house, says so:
We have a camp for children and their parents.
In the evening, after 9.30 pm, everyone is asked to go to the gazebos so as not to disturb the little vacationers to fall asleep and sleep soundly.
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
Gazebos are nearby, 5 meters away, but the noise does not reach the rooms from there.
The sea is clear. There are cafes and canteens nearby. It is convenient to go on excursions, as Alakhadzy is located in a convenient location.

We rested in this place from 25.06 to 06.07.2024. We were warmly welcomed (the driver met us at the border, our flight was delayed for an hour, no "sour mines" that arrived later than agreed) At the base itself, everything was shown and told. Cozy houses, with all amenities (air conditioning, shower, TV, refrigerator). A large kitchen with a lot of different dishes. Great pool. The beach is 50 meters from the base. There is a bus and minibus stop nearby, many shops, cafes and a pharmacy. We were very glad to get acquainted with such a wonderful place and people like the owner of the base Armen and his assistants Anastasia and Alexander. Thanks for a great vacation.

The best place! Very beautiful territory, there is a gorgeous swimming pool, we have never seen this anywhere. It is good for families with children - there are trampolines, a playground, a swimming pool, a lot of children. There is everything you need, a kitchen with dishes, a washing machine. The room had a sea view, even coming to the room the feeling was not transferable. There were a lot of dishes in the shared kitchen, there was enough for everyone. The yard is clean and tidy, all conditions are created for a comfortable stay: a trampoline, a children's swing, a barbecue, gazebos, and most importantly a magnificent swimming pool. Santa Sofia, this is the place that you definitely want to return to.

We organized a transfer from the airport in Sochi to the place and back. A great and large enough pool, which is very important, the children were happy. There were 7 days in Santa Sofia in June 2023. I really liked it. The good-natured host Robin met us at 1 a.m., gave us tea and cookies. Houses with all amenities, there is a swimming pool on site. We rested here in August with my husband and child. To begin with, I got the check-in date wrong and we arrived a day later. THANKS to Ruben Andreevich and Armen for not giving up our room and waiting for us. The prepayment for the missed day was also refunded. The recreation center has everything you need: in the room there is a shower, toilet, refrigerator and air conditioning, there is a kitchen with necessary utensils on site, if you cook yourself, if you do not want to cook, then there are canteens and cafes nearby. The pool is a separate topic if you are traveling with children (it was difficult to drag my daughter even to the sea, because there are always a lot of children in the pool). The water in the pool is comfortable for children, and in the evening the backlight turns on, beauty! Gazebos, a barbecue area-everything for adults to relax. I planned to rest from 07/10/2013 for a week. According to contractual obligations, I transferred the advance payment to Ruben. Unfortunately, the rest will not work due to the natural situation that occurred on the eve of 09.07.23. the base was flooded, and it was unrealistic to travel from Sochi to Abkhazia due to heavy torrential rains. There was no point in taking risks with young children. Having traveled over 2000 km with children 2 and 1 years old, we had to stop at Loo. Ruben categorically refuses to return the advance payment, referring to the fact that come and live. Well, how could you get there if the elements are all around. I can't say anything bad about the base itself, but I didn't like the attitude of the owner towards his guests. No one is immune from an unforeseen situation, but it doesn't happen that way

Hello. We had a rest in June / July 2022. The base is excellent. We lived with the kids in a house, all the amenities in it. Clear. There is a separate place where you can wash and iron things. In general, it's like home.
The sea is nearby, cafes are all nearby. The market is also nearby. Everything is within walking distance. It is a 2-minute walk to the sea. The base is quiet. We rested at the base in July 2021 with the children in a room on the second floor (for the first time we rested – we lived on the first floor in a wooden house, very cozy). The room has everything for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, shower, toilet. The view from the window is amazing. The most important SEA is a 2-minute walk, clean, transparent, you can see the fish that swim at your very feet. The kitchen is a pleasant place to cook, beautiful and comfortable dishes. Nastya's assistant maintains perfect cleanliness in the kitchen and on the territory. FREE OF CHARGE: laundry, ironing, parking, sun beds… Cedrak, Ruben have provided everything ... even matches are always available))). Thank you, Cedrak, Ruben and their assistants Nastya and Sasha for a wonderful vacation! Very decent, hospitable, helpful... people. We had a vacation in Santa Sofia in July. When we chose, we read the reviews. Of course I understood where we were going. It's not very clear to me, people are delighted with the base, the staff. Barely a C grade. The rooms are dirty and shabby. The bed is terrible, what is cleaning, it is forgotten about. For 2 weeks, the bed and towels were not changed, they were washed themselves. The bed is washed, I'm not talking about pillows at all. They work on squeezing money, they collected 3 rubles a day, they are not interested in the rest. We were also unlucky with the weather. The sea is clean, the village is not interesting. Those who are not used to such a holiday, it is better to go to an all-inclusive hotel.

We rested in Santa Sofia from 1.09.2020 to 09/6/2020, the weather is fine, the sea is clean, warm, the bottom is small pebbles, take the corals comfortably in them. There is no cafe in the hotel, you can only cook by yourself, there is a freezer, refrigerators, a place for food in each room. There are shops, cafes nearby, and most importantly, there are few people on the beach in front of the hotel, you can take sun loungers from the hotel and lie around all day, take a beach umbrella with you. There are no canopies on the beach. The price for the room was 2000 rubles per night for 4 people. Not expensive for the first coastline.

Good afternoon, my family of 4 people rested in this beautiful place from 08/17.21-08/25.21. We had a rest for the first time , we liked everything , this is a warm and quiet place . We rented two rooms on the second floor, the rooms are clean, the shower is in the room , there is a TV , a large bed and a sofa bed, a refrigerator , a bedside table , a wardrobe , everything is very decent in good condition. The sea is visible from the room. The owner of the base is a very good person , he will not give bad advice , hospitable , friendly . On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen , there are all the utensils for cooking , but those who did not come to cook are not far away there are canteens, mini cafes where you can eat. The shops are also close. And of course, the main thing is the SEA, the beach is large strewn with pebbles, the water in the sea is clear as a tear, in the morning at six o'clock you can see dolphins that swim very close to the shore.
