Great complex! Beautiful, well-groomed. Closed territory, swimming pools, restaurants, shops, Spa. 2 private sandy beaches. On the territory of the villa for living, and around pine trees, flowers. All rooms have large balconies. You sit on the balcony, eat breakfast or have dinner-just like in nature and birds around. The historic town of Sozopol is a 20-minute walk away. I really love this complex!
Just a great place for a seaside vacation! We have been here twice and really want to come back again. The magnificent territory simply surprises with its lush greenery. Great beaches. Spacious apartments
I have owned the apartment for 12 years. The eldest grandchildren grew up, relaxing every summer in their beloved Santa Marina. It was the best vacation spot on the entire Bulgarian coast. But Alas! Everything is changing and not for the better. Services are being slowly cut back, restaurants are being closed, and the gorgeous animation for children that we were so proud of has evaporated like a wonderful dream! The roses are withering! At the same time, the annual maintenance bills arrive on time and I pay (I think all the owners pay too) even if the resort is closed to Russians (the pandemic is summer 2020, and it is not clear how it will be in the summer of 2022 ??) not everyone can get on the crossbar through Turkey and Europe...... They began to rent out a lot, temporary people come for a weekend, for a week... they do not take care of anything, the attitude towards the resort is consumer. I love Santa Marina! I urge the managers of the complex, the owners and tourists to take care of this wonderful place!
A very good atmospheric place in Burgas, If you move for a long time, you can buy your apartment is not particularly expensive. And when you leave, you can rent, they will help you with this on the spot.
It was once exceptionally beautiful as a place to take parents and children out for the summer. Now they rent out camp rooms to Bulgarian teenagers who will throw bombs and insult your parents, and shut up your children. Rampant cave nationalism. A huge disadvantage is the "gypsy" campsite just outside the gate, hence the theft on a huge scale. The security of the village is inactive. The village administration does not care who rents the apartment, the money comes to them one way or another. From the dry cleaning, waste is thrown through a "black" pipe directly into the sea between two beaches, so poop and fuel oil float in the sea. For 6 years, the place has been ruined by the neglect of the administration and the sheep-like nature of Russian tourists.
Santa Marina, my love. The most suitable place to relax with children of any age. Animators work (the program is scheduled for every day, from morning to evening). The territory is guarded. Everything is very good
