1 store is convenient and clean
2 within walking distance from many houses
3 many of the staff are responsive
Out of the unpleasant:
1. We bought a pastry of our own making (rings with cottage cheese), all 4 rings had mold on the bottom
2. There is a questionable contingent near the entrance and on the side of the benches
3. At the tobacco register, some friends with fumes are constantly standing for hours
4. Do something with the lockers - some without keys, some are defective, some without numbers. As a result, only half of them are in good condition

The more I visit, the less I like it. The prices are higher than in many others. At 11-12 o'clock in the afternoon, the assortment of goods such as white and black bread has not been updated, nor have students been added to the milking of a large store. There is some kind of disorder, there are empty boxes all around that need to be bypassed. Milk of 1.5 liters for large families is almost always absent, which does not suit me. And every time there is some kind of unpleasant surprise.

I decided to have a snack at the food court, the choice fell on vegetables and a cutlet. After payment, when I took a portion, there was a sharp smell of garlic and vinegar from the vegetables, which alerted me. But I decided maybe that's how the chef sees this dish. I tried it, and if the smell of garlic and vinegar was interrupted, then there is no taste of rotten food. Everything went into the trash at the same moment. At the checkout, they punch eggplant instead of zucchini (eggplants are more expensive), the Empress salad is tasteless (to put it mildly), eggplant rolls with undercooked / hard eggplants, and the Homemade cake consists of burnt cakes!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those cooks who stuffed burnt cakes into the cake should have their hands torn off!!! And make them swallow what they've cooked themselves! The holiday is ruined by such food!

1 star for the long wait for the order and the attitude of the kitchen staff. I didn't ask for the complaint book and call the administrator/director because I didn't want to bring the situation to a conflict. There was an incident in this institution: a man sitting on a food court threw a candy on the floor and asked me to lift me, helped. Then I asked to get something out of my bag (I didn't do it for personal reasons, I think it's ugly to rummage through other people's things), to which I was insulted, the staff looked askance at me and the order was made last, although it was issued first in turn, dear administration, pay attention to the staff in your institution, I hope you will take the feedback into account, thank you in advance! I have no complaints about other employees, departments, assortment of goods and products.

Пропал лоск в бывшем ,, Виталюре,,. Очень жаль , что замечательный магазин превратился в ,, Санту,,.. В кулинарию лучше не заходить, плакать хочется:ни виду, ни пейзажу.Ассортимент вроде есть, а купить желания нет, ничего не вызывает аппетита. В отделе гастрономии практически тоже самое. Лоск исчез вместе с ,,Виталюром,,! По всему магазину. Только продавцы из старого коллектива радуют своим присутствием... с грустью в глазах.Такое ощущение, что с руководства требуют многого, но хозяину некогда им помочь ни словом , ни делом, ни участием... Жаль, что возвращаемся в прошлое, когда перебирали : что купить и где. А такой был магазин-праздник!!!

Вчера купил кулинарном отделе шаурму «мясную», то что они накладывают в начинку мясом, или курицей назвать сложно, «мясо»срезает на с вертела, а берёт из кастрюльки, какие-то ошмётки непонятного происхождения, и не понятно откуда туда попали. Количество продукции закладывается на глаз, и сколько «мяса» в реальности положили непонятно. Я скорее назвал шаурму капустной так как, капусты там больше всего.
Лаваш тоже плохого качества, рассыпается во время еды, если бы не бумага в несколько слоёв есть было бы невозможно.
Нормальную шаурму ложат в пакет, и не чего, не сыпется, не крошиться.
Качеством не доволен.

Был виталюр убогий, стал санта такой же. почему из 10 касс всегда работают две. Постоянные очереди в кассах. Ленты не работают. И один и тот же ответ кассира- все вопросы к администрации. Наверное надо было кроме названия поменять еще и директора, заодно и администраторов. И еще новая фишка- мобильный продавец, который вообще нихрена не продавец. Брал селедку под шубой в лоток, так навалил так как будто я из этого лотка сразу есть буду, какие там слои, какая там красота салата, винегрет с селедкой получился. Да, интерьер красивый, булочки вкусные. И всё. Кулинария стала хуже
