I am happy with the store, although I do not visit it so often. The assortment is large, there are a lot of fruits. Delicious pastries and its own finished products. It's a pity there aren't enough scanners.
The store has recently been renovated, so everything is nice and tidy inside. The choice is good, but the staff is sometimes irritable, especially in the sausage department. Prices are higher than the average in the city, the discount program has recently been changed, so now there is practically no point in their cards.
There are queues at the checkout almost at any time of the day, because at best half of them work
My favorite store, a good selection of products, meat, fish, spices, milk, I think that the store has good management, because having moved to another area, I have never seen such abundance anywhere else
Much better than it was before. I live nearby, when I'm too lazy to go to Hippo, I come here. The assortment is excellent, the prices are normal, and with the advent of self-service ticket offices, it has generally become my favorite store.
The only drawback is that sometimes there are shoals in cooking. I would like this to be fixed.
The store's assortment is good, everything is there and everything is delicious)) but as always, the level of politeness of the staff is lame, and no one disperses people begging at the entrance, it's unpleasant
A large selection of sausage, dairy, sour-milk products, not bad for meat and dairy products (20% discount on own-made products in the last 2 hours of operation). Not very culinary products, although maybe we were unlucky. There are self-service ticket offices.
A good store. But, the cashier in the cigarette department was always somewhere going about his business, waiting for 10 minutes. There are fish bones in the dries. Of course, I'm glad they're made of fish, but there shouldn't be any bones there. And even during rush hour, i.e. after work, 1-2 ticket offices can work safely. And stand in queues for half an hour.
It's not a bad store. A lively place. Good cooking. Excellent, varied pastries. I would like more unsweetened dough products and culinary products focused on healthy nutrition.
The trading floor is clean, the location of the goods is logical, it is easy to find what you need.
The choice of goods is wide in moderation, there are queues (as everywhere), but the cash desks are almost always open, a separate plus is self-service cash desks (by payment cards), the staff is mostly attentive and polite. The pastries are delicious (right here), the dough of our own production is super. It is always clean, the goods are laid out neatly, vegetables and fruits are sorted. The culinary department is mostly delicious (in this particular store).

Fine. Everything seems to be there. Its own pastries, semi-finished products, fresh chilled meat, moderately many people - it depends on the time and day of the week. The queue seemed a little smaller than in large hypermarkets. There are self-service cash desks, they do not accept cash. For some reason, it is not possible to pay at the self-service ticket offices using "Pay".
A good store. The choice of goods may not be the widest, but it is sufficient to avoid going to large hypermarkets every day. A good bakery. There are often long queues at the ticket offices, despite the fact that only half of them are working. It would be worth improving, since it is still the nearest store for a fairly large area. And so, in general, the store is on a strong 4+
After the rebranding, the appearance of the store has changed significantly. Convenient location of departments, excellent layout, a large selection. Bright and bright, we visit the store every day, even for small things. I really like cooking, in particular sushi, salads.
The price tag is too high compared to Euroopt stores!!! There is no specialist available at the self-service checkout!!!A question for the management, why do you make finished products that do not fight back at the checkout?!Select a container and there are just a million different containers in the window!!!Pizza is often not fried properly!!!
After it became known as Santa, it ceased to be,,a diner,,. There are a lot of goods, cleanly, but sellers are recruited according to the principle,, and so it will do,,
The choice is good, but they are constantly overweight. As in cooking khachapuri is less in weight, so it happens that cheeses are cut and weighed more than they are
The store is quite good: a wide range of products, logistics. But if you have questions for the staff! Of the many ticket offices, 2-3 are always working, which is why there are eternal queues! Just know, a saleswoman with a receding hairline (she has a couple of hairs sticking out on her head) can be rude to you just like that :).
The self-service checkout is generally a complete nightmare. They always get some kind of error, but the operator is constantly not in place! You can stand for 5 and 10 and 15 waiting for him to wobble somewhere. And then he comes up to you with this face:
"Oh, what's going on again? How did you get me?"
There is often such a manner in talking:
- Oh, well, damn it, you need to enter the code - you enter it.
I'm not talking about everyone right now, but most of them.
There are also questions about sushi (not from the sushi bar). This is a complete nightmare! On the shelves they are covered, stone, ugh! The only thing you can do after them is to vomit, unless of course you can eat them. But, you will waste your money. And yes, they come across regularly, so I only take them from the sushi bar, at least they are fresh there.
The former Rublevsky.
The price tag is not the most democratic. The choice of goods is almost unlimited. There is everything and even more. However, what in fact should be in a large store (for example, super glue) is not at all.
The quality of the product is good. Good-quality pastries, I did not find any overdue items on the shelves, this is good. The cooking is passable.
Perhaps you will ask, Kiriukha, why 2 stars?
THE QUEUE!
This is the most painful topic. In my understanding, the queue should not reach the counters themselves. It happens here almost regularly. It's really annoying. If you see that there are a lot of people, then you do not need to distribute them to 4-5 ticket offices, this is very small.
There are employees behind the counters who work in the department, and not on the scales.
"I'm not from this department at all. I don't know anything here. Tell me how much and what" - I've heard that.
It's wildly infuriating. If there is no staff, then the organization itself is not very good. People don't want to come here to work because the conditions don't suit, right? If this is read by representatives of the store or its director, I will leave a hint "the fish rots from the head."
In general, this applies to all directors of such stores. You bring money to your bosses, and it's in your best interest that people come to you, say all the time that you're not satisfied. And that all this needs to be fixed, otherwise the rebranding will only serve as a name change, and not a full-fledged update.
Sorry, it got carried away.
I wrote this review because I worked in trade, I know about store devices and studied marketing.
Take action, please.
Yesterday I bought myself a ready-made salad and a bun so that I could just quickly eat at home and continue cooking. So it was so delicious to me that I went to the store for more
Bright, comfortable. Supports the availability and quality of the assortment. I would also like to work with queues at the checkout and there will be a "top".
Of all the shops in the neighborhood, this one has the lowest prices.
I usually go through rival stores every few months, buy the assortment I am familiar with, make sure that it is cheaper in this "Santa", and return back.
The disadvantages are the constant queues at the ticket offices and not the largest assortment. I.e., there will not be a hundred varieties of sausage, there will be fifty, but all fifty at an affordable price.
I have been going to this store for almost forty years, since when it was called the Serebryanka Supermarket and so far nothing better has appeared in the area in terms of price /choice ratio.
The windows look directly onto the roof of the store, so of course I often come in. I like it, a big, good store with a normal choice. And the prices are reasonable.
The store is large, bright, and clean. A good assortment, fresh goods, polite staff. Own production (cooking, baking, smoking). Self-service ticket offices make it possible not to stand in line.
There is a fairly large selection of goods, fish, bakery products and own production:smoked fish, chicken, meat products. , pizza. There are queues, but they cannot be compared with the legendary Serebryanka and Rublevsky queues. Convenient self-service cash desks.
"The eternal stink of the store cannot be hidden by a new label" - this was a previous review.
In 2 years of work, mistakes were corrected, the store was improved and unpleasant odors were really removed.
I am glad that we have installed self-service cash desks. The number of cash desks has always been and remains a problem for this particular Santa, because there are a lot of visitors with cash in this area.

The pastries are good and the assortment is very diverse.
