The hotel is a trap! I don't even know where to start… At least we lost 95,000 rubles because of this "shortfall" for 6 nights. Not matching the price and quality of a 3-star hotel!!! Having booked the most expensive room with a sea view (there are only 2 in the hotel), we got the worst of them - Captain Jack Sparrow's cabin! The room is isolated, there is no light and fresh air, everything is old and shabby, dust everywhere, hair on the bed, stains on towels, the smell of mold and dampness. The air conditioner is aimed directly at the face and there is no way to adjust the air flow, because it is broken. All the locks are old and rusty. There were huge cracks and holes in the walls, ceiling and doors, where spiders and local fauna crawled. It's just awful! The room is not facing the sea! To get to the balcony, you need to go through the "Grandmother's" dressing room from the room. The hotel is very old. The photos do not correspond to reality. The unfriendly staff, who did not speak English, had to explain on their fingers. The hotel completely lacks an administration and management that makes decisions. Only the girls at the reception who are blinking their eyes. They don't even have a computer that runs the administrative part, but everything will be solved by internal chat with the owner via the phone. A shack, not a hotel! I would not give this hotel more than 1 star. I don't understand where the positive reviews about this "wonderful" hotel come from! If you have any complaints, you will not be able to get in touch with the management and resolve the issues. We moved out of this hellhole a day later, having fixed and provided all the evidence of non-compliance with price / quality. The hotel refused to close the reservation and refund the money! Scammers! The Ostrovok company turned out to be just as powerless in solving this problem. A part of the holiday was ruined and additional costs were incurred for another hotel. I believe in karma and the deception of hotel owner Patrick will not go unnoticed in the universe. Everything is coming back… Beware of this hotel and don't repeat our mistakes!

The best boutique hotel in Chaweng. Cozy, quiet and green. The territory is small, but well-groomed and surrounded by plants. The beach is great. The entrance to the water is smooth, the tides are not strongly felt. When it is impossible to swim on the other side of Chaweng due to lack of water, then you can always swim at Sans Souci. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are not new, but very clean.
