We have been at this hotel since April 8, 2024, for 10 days. We really liked the hotel, the good territory, the animation is just super, the food in the main restaurant and the service is excellent. If possible, we will definitely come back again.

I had a rest in early June 2024.
This trip was, perhaps, a gastrotour. A la carte restaurants came in very handy. The most respectable and respected is Egyptian, of course.
The most polite and friendly staff is in Asian.
Easily and playfully fed in Greek.
The burger shop is also needed, well done, there is always a full house.
The fish restaurant has the best music!)
The only thing I didn't like about Italian was neither the food nor the waiters.
But respect to the main restaurant! If I had the opportunity, I would thank everyone, from the chef to the cleaner.
Varied, fresh, beautiful, delicious dishes every day from 7 a.m. to night.

Seafood was important to me, and I enjoyed it every day.
The sea is also for every taste. There is a warm shallow lagoon, there is a little deeper, there is an almost open sea.
There are sun beds everywhere, safely hidden from the sun, it is not necessary to occupy them early in the morning, there are always free places.
Didn't you even count the pools, there are six of them? Eight? Big, clean, but the sea is better)
They were cleaned daily at the same time, efficiently and delicately. We changed towels and bed linen, replenished the mini-bar with water. Once a week - soft drinks, also nice.
Unexpectedly friendly hotel staff helped immediately and with a smile, no matter what I asked.
The tour was from Biblio-Globus, the guide's name is Said.
Special thanks to him for the offers to visit the hammam and travel on a yacht. Unobtrusively, with interest and knowledge of the matter, he told me - and I was convinced that I had not agreed in vain)
The hammam gave relaxation, and the yacht - the magic of the Red Sea. We stopped twice at coral reefs, divinely beautiful, swam for two hours on an island with crystal clear water, and for another hour in another place of the sea. Instructors closely monitored each guest, masks, flippers, vests were provided.
Drinks, snacks and seafood lunch on the yacht were delicious and plentiful.
And another special article of the hotel is the landscape... Actually, it's a desert, in fact. And the hotel is paradise. Flowers, wonderful lawns, flowerbeds with plants of all possible shades of green... So many zones for photo shoots!)
Can you imagine how much diligence and work it takes to turn a desert into subtropics?..
Where would you get tar for balance?.. But he's not here!
Prices are almost dumping)
Don't you like the furniture in the inexpensive rooms? So we're not flying in to sit in rooms, are we?
Is it hot? You know, the water itself feels like the temperature is 8-10 degrees below the stated temperature.
Sunscreen will help you- even in the shade.

I absolutely do not understand how it was possible to leave this hotel with a rating less than 5 * plus. Honestly, I did not expect such a level and service from a not-quite-new 4* hotel in Hurghada. But about everything in order:
1. Location and facilities
The hotel is located on the first line. The hotel has its own beach. There are 6 pools from 90 cm, including heated ones and aquagorks. There is almost everything: 6 restaurants, 4 bars, animation and stage, hookah, ATMs, several shops inside the hotel, SPA and fitness centers, a cozy and large lobby with sofas.
2. Maintenance and service
The hotel staff is not inferior in its level 5***** hotels. Everywhere there are waiters, bartenders, cleaners, lifeguards on the beach and at every pool, chefs and administrators. There are always 3-4 receptionists at the reception. Almost everyone speaks Russian. They are very polite and competent. The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are replaced daily. Everywhere in the hotel there are urns and chests for dishes and separate waste bins.
3. Entertainment and vacationers
The animation team consists of amazing, young, funny, beautiful guys and girls. Always on the positive side and with a smile. Children are always on the case. There is a great kids club right by the beach. Even your local camel Alex. In the evening, amazing concerts, shows, quizzes. It's very fun and beautiful.
4. Sea and beach
No 2 lines. Only the first line. From the buildings with rooms to the beach is 50 m. The beach is sandy. There are only 3 beaches from shallow to deep turquoise for children. There are rescuers everywhere. The deck chairs are just a top. Umbrellas made of palm branches. Big and beautiful. The sea is super. No waves or dirt. Pure turquoise, you can dive with a mask and watch the fish. There are many stairs and bridges. You can dive and swim. There is a pier for yachts and boats.
5. Food and chef Mr. Sammy
It is necessary to stop here separately and very thoroughly. Restaurants for 5+++. Food and choice can be maddening. There are always several types of hot, a sea of snacks and an ocean of desserts, all kinds of drinks, fruits, sweets and ice cream. Delicious coffee in coffee machines. During my stay at this hotel, it so happened that I was on a special nutrition program with a single meal with strict weighing and ingredients. So Mr. Sammy politely agreed to help and cooked the dishes I needed personally for about a week. Thanks to him, I was able to maintain my diet and continue my nutrition program. I am very grateful to him and ask the hotel management to also encourage Mr. Sammy. For my part, as the owner of a Yandex account with a large number of views (over 7,300,000) and the highest rating (a level 30 city connoisseur), I will be glad to recommend your hotel to my friends and acquaintances and, understanding the audience coverage, I think that several thousand potential tourists will see and read this review!

The territory of the hotel is very nice, very well maintained, clean! there are many different pools, a water park (!), a nice beach area! There were always enough sun beds, although they occupy a lot in the morning, and they almost do not appear during the day. Room cleaning is normal, but there are no slippers), swans or other similar decorations will be made for tips, and if you stop tipping, then they will stop making swans) but the attitude of the staff is still very friendly! The furniture in the room is old, but everything is intact and everything worked. Water bottles were refilled every day, and sugary carbonated drinks were refilled once upon arrival. The food is good, especially the choice of desserts (!), but there are not enough fruits and seafood. Free drinks and ice cream are available on site. Children's animation and evening performances are available.

We visited several Sunrise hotels, and it seemed to us that this hotel was the weakest in the "family". It is very small, it came out of the room, the dining room is on one side, the beach is on the other side. Along the way there are pools and an animation scene. Buildings, rooms, furniture, elevators - damaged, scratched, dirty, worn. Even the tiles on the floor in the room were worn. If you stand facing the sea, in the left building there is a view from the windows of a vacant lot and a construction site, in the right - to an idle hotel (which, they say, will soon be rebuilt with punches into another hotel of the Al Dau chain). If the windows overlook the courtyard, then whether you want to or not, you will have a disco at home until the night. All the bowls of the pools on site are made of worn and dirty soft material, not tiles, as in most places. The paths are very slippery, people often fall. The water park consists of five old slides. This can now be seen in many hotels. It's pointless to come here because of the slides, everything else can upset you. There are a couple of cafes on site, during the daytime they serve very tasty burgers. But there is little space, and there are a lot of people, so while you are on the territory, you will feel like you are an ant in an anthill. The beach is modest, the bottom is artificial, there are no reefs near the shore, you have to follow them along the pier away and dive where the ships dock. We drank Pina Colada with real coconut milk in the lobby bar, the bartenders are wonderful! In general, it seemed to us that the hotel pulls in a solid three stars, no higher, keep this in mind. The food, however, is varied and delicious.

we rested in February 2023 with a child, for the second time in this hotel and we will definitely come again! the determining factors of choice are: price / quality ratio, proximity to the airport (no need to shake on the bus to hotels), the presence of a children's club, a strong animation team, the presence of heated pools, aquagorks, proximity to the sea, convenient access to the sea! in general, I like everything about this hotel, the territory is clean, everything is well maintained! Restaurant - whenever you come, there is no breakdown with empty tables, dishes, waiters catch your eye and immediately offer where to sit, bring drinks, always with a smile! Excellent staff at the hotel, I have never seen a dissatisfied face, everyone is focused on a comfortable stay for vacationers, for which many thanks to all the staff and managers of the hotel! I liked the hotel! We are happy with the rest! Room 1218 consists of one room with two semi-double beds and a bunk bed for children. The room is small, but it is comfortable to sleep. They were from 01-09.11.2022. The weather is good, the air conditioning was not used. The food is varied, there is a lot of it. We've been to three a la carte restaurants. (Burger Joint, Italian, Asian) We didn't have time to enroll in the rest. Recording from 00:00-08:00 every day. All seats are immediately scored when registration is opened. I had to watch 00:00 😂 The beach is a lagoon, the horizon is not visible! Go to the nearby beach, it's abandoned there, but the entrance to the sea is great and there is a view of the horizon! If you face the sea, then it is on the left. Animation is great! Children are entertained, sports programs, evening shows - everything is great. There is no evening disco for adults. After the program, the singers sing - live music, some vacationers dance. There are many different shops at the exit of the hotel. The water park is cool at the hotel! Children cannot be torn away from the slides. There are two warm pools. Like a bathtub, you don't have to get out at all, but there's a lot of bleach! The children's eyes hurt afterwards. We didn't want to leave. In general, the hotel is good, go ahead!

Upon check-in, we were immediately offered soft drinks. We took our suitcases to our room. The rooms were cleaned well, the man who cleaned our room always greeted us when we met. Very good animation, animators captivate vacationers as much as possible, entertain almost around the clock. In the evening, a very decent show program, it has not been repeated once in a week. The food is delicious, lots of fruits, and an incredible amount of sweets, often a dinner of a certain theme. The restaurant staff are very tactful and friendly. The location is good, near the airport, many shops, pharmacies. There are many swimming pools on the territory (one heated). There is a water park, snack bars. By the way, bartenders make delicious cocktails. The beach is interestingly decorated, there is a mini bay, it will be good for children. The hotel is cleaned very well, there is no dirt or debris. In general, the hotel staff is smiling and trying to help.
But there were also several disadvantages, the most important one was that the air conditioner broke down 2 times and as a result it was never repaired.
I also really didn't like that the man at the reception asked us to prepare a lunch box in the morning, said that all this was through the hotel guide, although what does he have to do with it. And the hotel guide himself, just very obsessively tries to sell his excursions.

People love it, but after 5 days it gets boring. The staff is friendly, if you don't fuck yourself, there are a lot of pools, the water park is not bad, the music is not around the clock, but if the room is on stage, then you are out of luck. I recommend the mega family room to the family. This is a three-room apartment with a wardrobe and a bathroom. There is an underwater world on the far pier, but it pleases in the spring when the exotic comes to spawn, well, you should not be lazy to dive along the dump. I do not recommend trips with the albatross company or how they are encrypted now, it is better to overpay and take an excursion from your tour operator, we were simply left at sea and sailed 500 meters away, someone almost drowned. In general, take care of yourself. Infection is enough everywhere be ready to drink vodka or whiskey with half a teaspoon of salt, even for children, it helps well, just keep in mind that local alcohol is diluted and duty free sells rubbish from hydrolyzed wood alcohol. They carried a bottle of expensive whiskey with them and were treated as a result. Pills don't help, you don't even have to poison yourself. in general, those who are ready for difficulties rest with a bang. Yes, take tube masks with you, they are of poor quality here, shirts, linen capes with a hood just save you from sunburn. Take a cord and a dozen clothespins to the balcony so that the laundry does not fly around the territory and dry like people and not homeless people on a stool)
