Five points to the installation team, everything was done perfectly and neatly.The installation took 2 days.
2 rating for designer Svetlana.there are comments to the designer that we found after installing the kitchen and that the designer should have taken into account.so we took an oven, a dishwasher, an extractor hood, a built-in microwave oven, a sink, a faucet, and a gas stove along with the kitchen at the company.as a result, a week after ordering, we find out that the designer Svetlana recommended us a gas stove that is not serviced by MINGAZ.we called Svetlana, asking why you didn't warn us that the stove you are offering is not serviced by Mingaz?Svetlana's answer:I knew, but I didn't tell you.is this normal?we said that we would then abandon the chosen stove and asked to replace the stove with another company.Svetlana told us that this was not possible because they had already paid for our stove to the supplier company.It's been 10 days in total.I don't believe it wasn't possible.I understand that Svetlana has already received her percentage of sales.As a result, we had to go to the company, sign a contract for the maintenance of our stove, pay money and waste time.then, only with the contract, go to Mingaz and schedule the arrival time of the gas workers to connect the stove.It turned out that the gas workers had free windows only a month later at the end of February.Svetlana, as a designer, did not take into account the height of the shelves in the cabinet where clean dishes are placed, and now glasses do not fit, large plates too.
1 point, and that's because you can't give less to the delivery guys.The guys are totally fucked up.We agreed with them to raise the kitchen to the apartment, 3rd floor, there is an elevator, our kitchen is not large.They asked for 80 rubles, and we agreed.although it's expensive.We agreed that they would come 17 -17-30 We arrived 1.5 hours later, and we didn't even call back because we were late.
As soon as I opened the door, they told me in plain text that I had to pay extra.like the part doesn't fit in the elevator.I said, carry it by hand to the 3rd floor.They started refusing and saying they wouldn't carry it at all.I said, then take the kitchen and take it, you'll bring it back tomorrow.then they grumbled some more , but they brought it in.they behaved so brazenly, like extortionists.Naturally, no one issued checks for the rise.Idiots, you should think with your head, you can get into big problems with such arrogance, both for yourself and for the company.there was a desire to punish them.To extort money, the deliverymen have enough brains, but they can't think with their heads.They gave me a kitchen and let me sign all the paperwork for the kitchen.but we didn't get to see who the customer of the kitchen was.my wife is the customer under the contract, she is the payer, the company did not supply her kitchen, despite the payment.my wife did not sign any documents on the kitchen's acceptance.It was signed by some guy, without a power of attorney and with an obscure last name.now the wife can go to court and demand a kitchen .The guys look about 25-27 years old.
We started installing the sink, it turned out that 2 details were not reported to the faucet and sink, I come to the company on Saturday, I say I need details.Answer: wait for Monday, should I go without water for 2 days?It is ok.then I had to talk to an employee of the company, then Madam employee gives me a phone number and says call the supplier and resolve the issue with him.To what I said, that you are my supplier, you call and decide!
The total for the entire company is 1 point.I didn't like it.I do not recommend it!!!

I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO ORDER A KITCHEN HERE!!!
1. I ordered a kitchen from SanMariGroup LLC on 05/22/2023 from designer Anna. By showing her a video of a similar kitchen and clarifying that the side wall should protect the refrigerator from the baroque cabinet. Anna drew a kitchen design on the computer, but after assembly, the side wall turned out to be shortened and did not protect the refrigerator from the oven with high temperature. Anna replied to my complaint that the buildings with a facade are 580 mm, and the side wall is indicated 545 mm in the project that I signed, and I can only redo the side wall at my own expense, I counted 336 bel. rub (It was 08/18/2023). And already on 09/05/2023 she wrote that since September it is generally impossible to make a new sidewall (since the minimum order is only for 3500 bel.rub. A screenshot of the correspondence is attached);
2. The microwave outlet installed according to the project was located in the cabinet next to the microwave. (There is a photo);
3. Before sending the kitchen project to production on 06/10/2023, I asked the designer to finish the shelf under the TV. Anna agreed and asked me for the dimensions (there is a screenshot of the correspondence), but in the end, two months later, it turned out that they had forgotten about the shelf and had not made it. And they didn't even apologize.;
4. Two months after using the kitchen under the microwave, the chipboard edge peeled off (there is a photo). No response has been received to my email message.;
5. In my appendix to the contract, blum hinges with a door closer were specified, but 6 hinges in my kitchen turned out to be without door closers, and GTV hinges turned out to be in one of the cabinets. The LED strip in the annex to the contract indicated 5 meters and 300 diodes, and 1.3 meters were installed. When asked to give me a price specification for my kitchen components, they said that THEY DID NOT GIVE a SPECIFICATION.

I left a request on the website to order cabinet furniture. They called, described their wishes and sent the measurements on Viber. An hour later, I was already offered several cabinet options with prices and deadlines. I chose the right one, and in just 5 days it was ready. Delivery and installation were quick, and the price was good. I am very happy, everything is done here without delays, as it happens in other places.

I'll start with the background, we have a 1-room apartment, we needed a closet with precise measurements so that there would be room in the small hallway for the rest of the furniture (pouf and shoe chest). They left a request, contacted us on the same day, and guided us on the price and production time. The cabinet fit perfectly, both in color and size, we were satisfied.

There was no limit to the delight! So they installed the kitchen for us, which we ordered from SanMari! And we can't get enough of it. Everything is perfectly done, thanks to designer Sergey for his competent advice on the color of the kitchen and countertops, on the choice of extractor hood, sink and faucet. We are also very pleased with the work of the installer Alexander - he assembled the kitchen quickly, neatly and without unnecessary dust.

Installing the kitchen from a larger one is without pretensions, but the cutouts are sloppy. When asked why it couldn't be done normally, the collector replied, "Yes, it's enough." The so-called repair kit, which comes with the kitchen, consists of two jars of incomprehensible paint, which, being in a dark place, dried up after three months. The company itself completely stopped contacting after installing the kitchen. The top three is only for the quality of the consultation.

I ordered a kitchen in Sanmari and was not mistaken. Patient managers, reasonable prices, excellent quality. Designer Svetlana helped to make the right design, choose the color. She answered 1000 questions, both in person and by phone. The production and delivery was arranged on time.
