Terrible attitude towards customers! I made an appointment at 18:00, the dentist delayed, called in advance for a transfer in half an hour, agreed. I arrived, they said wait another half hour, someone needs to be cut, I agreed. As a result, after 60 minutes of waiting, they tell me that they won't cut my hair because I was late! This is not a good way to treat customers! I am outraged!
