Thanks to SANGZOR Hotel! Very cozy, fresh, clean. Clean bed linen, bathrobe, slippers, clean bathroom, delicious and very nice breakfasts, good-natured staff. The location is super - right next to Bibi Khanum! The hotel is on a walking street. The entrance to the hotel from another street is convenient and close. It is better to ask the staff which address to specify when calling a taxi. We liked it so much here that on the way from Bukhara to Tashkent, we stopped by this hotel again for a day. We wish you prosperity! I hope to get back to you very soon.
Great Hotel!!! Excellent breakfasts, delicious bread, fruits, a rich selection of delicious pastries and at the same time there is also European cuisine! Very attentive staff!, and professional! A pleasant lobby area, everything is not just clean and comfortable, but also elegant with oriental affluence. The rooms are excellent, everything is new, the mattress is comfortable. I was also pleased with the smart TV: I connected to my Ivy home account and watched my movies. AND THE LOCATION! super!!! Registan, Timur's Mausoleum, and Shahi Zinda are within walking distance..
A lovely boutique hotel. Located within walking distance from the main attractions. A quiet street with only electric cars and a pedestrian tourist area moving along it. Everything is perfect. Cleanliness, beauty. We are very grateful to the helpful staff. Wonderful breakfasts.
An excellent location for exploring the sights of the city. Cheeto, cozy. There is a courtyard with birds. Breakfast is usual, 4-5 types of fruits, nuts and dried fruits are offered. The staff is friendly. All questions are answered at the reception.
A nice, comfortable hotel in the city center. Right on the pedestrian street, near the market and Registan Square. The rooms are comfortable, everything you need is there, the breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. I liked everything!
Good location - pedestrian street, spacious rooms, safes in the rooms (we had two - junior suite and Deluxe) did not work (the day-time reception employee from January 5 to January 8, 2024 was not customer-oriented - he did not solve the problems with the safe and did not try, unpleasant - he did not even greet) in the evenings there were good guys at the reception, helped with questions, smiled, greeted. I didn't receive any compliments on my birthday (this is customary in all hotels of the world) .again, the husband turned to the day receptionist about this, who did not want to do anything.
The hotel is great. The location is great (on a pedestrian street), but the service is great too. Excellent staff, checked in early without any extra charges, even without my request (it did not occur to me that the room was free and ready at seven in the morning). The breakfast is divine. Of the three hotels in Uzbekistan, this was the best.
One of the best places in Samarkand. In the historical center on a pedestrian street, between Registan and Siab market. The hotel is pleasant, there is a courtyard with birds that create the atmosphere of a summer garden. Rooms with high ceilings, daily cleaning. The continental breakfast includes local pastries and strawberries. Thanks to the staff and the hotel for a good rest and pleasant memories.
I liked everything, expensive finishes, good linen, Underfloor heating in the bathroom, hygienic shower, spacious room, location in the historical area of the city, two Windows (though they overlooked neighboring roofs)
I liked everything: from check-in to check-out. We arrived early in the morning. Check-in at 14:00. The staff did their best to check in early. They gave me breakfast. Very friendly staff. Everyone speaks Russian. Room 213 is gorgeous, with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Water, tea, coffee in the room for free, cleaned daily. It's all clear. The breakfasts were decent - it was everything we usually eat in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel!
A lovely hotel with a good location, 5 minutes from Registan. A cozy room with good furniture, bathrobe, slippers, bathroom accessories, hairdryer, tea corner. Delicious breakfast.
Of the advantages, only the location of the hotel is within walking distance of all the sights.
Of the disadvantages -
For large rooms - beds 80cm wide and hard mattresses, saved 3 nights as on the shelves in the Soviet reserved seats.
Breakfasts are very meager:fried eggs, tasteless tomatoes and cucumbers, and so-so pastries.Cheap coffee and tea.Dried fruits, no milk, not even yoghurts. They left hungry!
taxis and deliveries arrive on parallel streets, inconveniences with luggage in the hotel are a lot of stairs
They cleaned only on request, even if there was a sign saying "cleaning is needed" they came in the evening - the room was not cleaned(
I do not recommend a hotel for this money, a maximum of 1 night
A good hotel, the room is clean, delicious and varied breakfasts. Excellent location, located on the main pedestrian street, close to many attractions, as well as a large local market.
Excellent location, close to attractions. The room has everything you need. The cleaning is bad. In 5 days, we only had hand towels changed once and tea was served. Nothing else. The breakfasts are good.
A great hotel in the city center. Everything is close. We stayed in a deluxe room: spacious, clean, bright, high ceilings, daily cleaning. Delicious breakfasts. There is a courtyard with gazebos, where you can relax at any time, smoke a hookah or eat your own food, no need to pay
The hotel is located in the very center of Samarkand on a pedestrian street. The address of Tashkent Street can be written in booking, but the name has changed a long time ago. Very quiet, calm, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is not to say that it is very varied, but it will definitely not get boring in a few days. And of course everything is delicious. The room was triple, big enough. The mattress is hard, but I personally like it that way. But it was a little harsh for my wife. The pillows are very comfortable for me, but my wife didn't like them very much. But it's really all very individual.
I definitely recommend it, especially for this price 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
A gorgeous hotel. Clean, comfortable, spacious. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. But now it's very expensive. The cost per day has almost doubled in a year(((
Great hotel. Friendly staff, checked in early. Nice comfortable beds, everything is there: bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, razors, shampoos. A good hearty breakfast. Convenient location.
I really liked it! The location is just super, walking distance to the main attractions. Very friendly staff, clean, cozy. There is a bathroom. Breakfast is normal
Excellent hotel in the historical center of Samarkand. Cleanliness, beauty, the staff speaks Russian. Everyone is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very tasty. The rooms are clean, linen is changed and the room is cleaned every day.
A super hotel. Clean, quiet, polite staff. Beautiful terrace for tea drinking. For breakfast, there are mainly cold snacks, broth, fried eggs, while there is a microwave in the hall. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, not all taxi drivers know how to get closer. For the first time, upon arrival, get ready to walk about 300 meters with your suitcases to the hotel. At the reception, you will be told which point is closest to the hotel to call a taxi.
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel, clean rooms. Quite large and equipped, there are both bathroom accessories and tea rooms. There is a mini-bar, but for a fee.
The only disadvantage is very low noise insulation, you can hear everything that happens behind the wall, up to the vibration of the phone ((
Prompt answers to any questions even before check-in.
The room has everything you need. The breakfasts are good. I recommend coming early, the food is ordered at the restaurant and if it partially ends somewhere at half past 11, you will have to have breakfast with what remains. But you definitely won't leave hungry.
The staff greets you, even at night on the street and escorts you to the hotel. After check-out, you can leave your bags at the hotel and go for a walk in the city. The location is great.
We liked everything very much, thank you!
Of the minuses, I would name only large and dense pillows. We're not used to sleeping on these.
It is located on the central pedestrian street (goes from the bazaar to Registan Square) that is, from a taxi with suitcases, you will need to walk a little from the nearby alleys. The rooms are clean, bright, new furniture, but they are not always cleaned 100 percent. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The staff at the reception is responsive and always ready to help. The only drawbacks are electric cars flying down the street with screaming local music.
Very convenient location within walking distance from the main attractions of Samarkand. The pleasant staff will help you with calling a taxi and with currency exchange. Breakfast is a buffet, European, with a small selection of local products. The rooms are great, clean. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is hard.
The room is beautiful, with elements of national color. Good location, on a pedestrian street, next to the market. A beautiful cafe in the national style. But food is something. A complete lack of choice and diversity. And what happened was just tasteless. They ate only boiled eggs or scrambled eggs, and coffee with cakes. Maybe they were out of season....
I really liked the hotel! Excellent location, all attractions are within walking distance. The building and rooms were recently renovated. Very clean and beautiful! The breakfasts are delicious, but not very varied.
One of the disadvantages is that it is not possible to drive up to the hotel by car. You need to walk 50-100 meters.
Overall, I liked it, I recommend it.
An amazing hotel. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Very convenient location. Helpful staff, good breakfasts. Good repair. We were very satisfied. Of the nuances, there are very narrow single beds, but this is the case in many hotels in Uzbekistan for some reason.
Great location in the old town, near Bibi Khanum and Registan. The room has everything you need, including bathrobes. Good breakfasts. We liked it, thank you
A completely beautiful new hotel on a pedestrian street, surrounded by the main attractions of Samarkand. Traditional style. Maximum comfort. Attention to detail (conveniently located sockets, a shoe spoon, comfortable lighting, good sound insulation, underfloor heating in the bathroom). Very nice bed and blanket. A long robe (even for a tall man). All bathroom accessories. Excellent Internet connection (worked for a week from the room). Hearty breakfasts. And of course, the main advantage of the hotel is the staff! I have not seen such care and customer orientation for a long time. In difficult weather conditions (frosts up to minus 23), we provided maximum comfort. Thanks!
A great hotel. A solid four of the European level. Very good beds: mattresses, pillows, linen. And a great location. The staff is very helpful. Good breakfasts
Very nice hotel!!! The rooms are spacious and cozy. The only hotel where the refrigerator actually worked. The staff is super polite, and super professional!!! The breakfasts are excellent, the location is excellent, on a pedestrian street! All the beauty is nearby!!!
The ideal option in terms of price-quality ratio. Close to all major attractions. The breakfast is more than decent. The staff is 5+. Everything is clean, cleaning every day, the bathroom has all the necessary accessories.
Great hotel!
Clear. Friendly staff will always help. The food is excellent - the food of the middle lane and the national cuisine. Reasonable price. The rooms are cleaned every other day. I highly recommend it.
A wonderful hotel. In the pedestrian zone. The main attractions of Bibi Khanum and Registan are nearby. Excellent breakfast. Professional, friendly staff. Cleanliness, regular cleaning. Comfortable bed
The location is wonderful, located on a pedestrian street, access to attractions within walking distance. Breakfast for 3+, rooms are worth their money. Bottles of shampoo the size of a thimble have never seen such. Well, the bed was straight hard.
The hotel is new, the renovation is fresh, plumbing, furniture and bed linen, towels are all new. I was especially impressed by the fact that upon arrival, the receptionist helped to bring the suitcases and took off his shoes when he entered the room, there was a new carpet in the room. The hotel staff is polite and friendly, communication in Russian is no problem. They asked for help to order a barbecue with delivery to the room, helped to find the barbecue and inform the delivery address. The breakfasts are not bad, porridge, cottage cheese, pancakes, sliced, cheeses, dried fruits, coffee, tea. The hotel is conveniently located for the "lazy" tourist, at one end of the street is Registan Square, at the other Bibi Khanum, Siab Bazaar. With a small child in a stroller, it is very convenient to visit these attractions, everything is within walking distance, there are wheelchair exits everywhere. There were also inconveniences. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, when we arrived in Samarkand, we ordered a taxi, drove to Registan and then walked with suitcases to the hotel for 10 minutes. It is impossible to get to the hotel by car. Then the administrator suggested a point on the opposite side of the street where a taxi can drive up, there is a minute walk on foot, but there are steep steps, it is not very convenient to move with heavy suitcases. Thanks to the hotel staff, they helped us carry our suitcases to the taxi at the check-out. In the hotel, except for breakfast, the kitchen does not work at lunch or dinner. The first night of check-in, the room was very cold. Although the heating batteries were turned on and the water at the entrance was hot, due to the fact that the air was not drained, the radiators were barely warm. On the third day, when they realized what the problem was, the plumber fixed the problem, and the temperature in the room became comfortable. All things considered, it would be fair to give a 4.5 rating! Thanks to the hotel staff.
Nice hotel. Great location, everything is nearby- market, shops, attractions. The breakfasts are normal, everything is there, you can choose something for every taste. The room is standard, the bed, towels - everything is clean, cleaned every day.
A wonderful hotel in the very center of Samarkand
On a pedestrian street, the main attractions are very close on foot.
A varied and delicious breakfast buffet, picnic area. Everything is new, clean, the staff is polite and will always help with everything
Thanks for the rest, we will recommend it)
