Today, my family and I, including adult parents and children, visited the Sandyk restaurant in Astana. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be very negative. Immediately upon arrival at the restaurant, the alarm played for 20 minutes, which caused us all to have a headache.
The service leaves much to be desired. On a scale of 10 points, I would put 3. We constantly had to call the maintenance staff, which was extremely inconvenient. Also, the door through which the food was taken out was right next to our table, which also did not add comfort. The food was average, I would rate it 5 out of 10. We often visit restaurants in Almaty, where the level of service and the quality of dishes are much higher. It seems to me that the management of the Sandyk restaurant in Astana needs to review its policy and improve both the service and the overall atmosphere of the institution.
