The food didn't seem super incredibly delicious to us, but it was good.Beshbarmak was brought with other ingredients, but they did not tell us how to use them correctly, although it was clear from us that we were not local.It turned out that there are special ingredients that can be added at will, and at the end they can bring broth. The dishes themselves are delicious, but I remember that I tried tastier. There are only two pieces of meat in the horsemeat salad, the rest is arugula. And the baursaks turned out to taste like doughnuts, they didn't know that they were good as a dessert. Tea with herbs is delicious.Perhaps if you order the rest of the dishes, they will be really super delicious. But with such portions, we barely mastered it, although of course we wanted to try everything!Here, while the highest percentage for service is 15%, the waiter was polite, but not to say that he was really very courteous, we were in places where the service was more attentive, we always had plates on the table, the waiter did not really explain about the dishes and their composition, just said that you can see on the website, it is also visible it was that the person was sick. So I write because I see that the institution has swung at a high level, therefore there are more claims, as well as the price tag itself, which is quite high.

They came initially without armor. We were told that it was busy and offered to wait, 15 minutes passed and they called us and invited us to come over.
Since the menu consisted of only national dishes, the waiter gave us explanations and helped us with the choice. As a result, we chose: koumiss, which we had heard a lot about, but had not tried until this moment, a salad of crispy eggplant, beef soup and beef rib, well, tea (similar to Tashkent) was not enough.
All the dishes were extremely unusual and had a specific national taste. But nevertheless they were delicious and satisfying. Therefore, we can recommend this institution.

Great place and great food! Horse meat and mutton are just great. It was my first time in Almaty and I was looking for a place to try local food and found it. I ordered beshbarmak, baursaks and lamb marinated in koumiss! Then there were sweets and green tea. I also liked the service. I definitely recommend it!

In the evening, the main hall is noisy - the artists are performing, so they asked us to take us to another place to talk. They have a quiet room there, they sat there mentally.

A very authentic place. The staff is very polite. I recommend booking tables in advance. Even on weekdays, there is a full boarding. Dishes, especially meat 10/10. They are very well cooked! But if you are a fan of more familiar cuisine, you can stay hungry, since the check is above average, the portions are what they should be in a good restaurant. The best restaurant of traditional Kazakh cuisine that I have ever visited. The best classic besh in town, the tastiest veal on the rocks. Baursaks are also the best I've ever eaten. From salads: I recommend the eggplant salad and the signature Sandyk salad.

Among the disadvantages: maintenance. The waiters are rather slow, you can wait for them for a long time and it is almost impossible to find them in the hall.
