A battered rattling motel on the coast for space money. To stop by and spend the night out of desperation, because the other is even more expensive.
Very shabby, but more or less clean. The technique is ancient, but it works properly. The linen is clean. The water is hot. There is a kind of breakfast.

An ordinary half-ruined motel at an exorbitant price. Everything is old, worn, rattling, but it works and is clean.
