I visited this institution a few months ago, the visit ended with a police call, because the staff flatly refused to issue a book of comments and suggestions, thereby violating the law of the Republic of Belarus. The reason for my desire to make an entry in the book is that the cook rudely and rudely ordered my friend to get off and no longer sits on the windowsill. This behavior seemed inappropriate to me, the window sill is clearly used as a bench there, which is noticeable by its worn appearance, besides there are very few other chairs and seats in the institution. And there was also a huge queue and the cook should have concentrated on his work and not collected the queue, then there would have been no desire to sit down in this eatery. I leave a review here for one reason - the management of the institution (as well as the staff) violated the law and did not respond to my comment / suggestion within the statutory period of 14 days, i.e. I did not receive a response. If you don't want to run into rudeness and a long wait, it's better not to go. I'm definitely not going there anymore.

We went in with a friend to have a snack after about 00:00. The queue was quite large. This is my first time in this institution, but my companion is not.
So, we ordered sandwiches, she with turkey and basil, and I with chicken roll and pickled cucumber (in my sandwich, the composition also indicated Caesar sauce, hard cheese, sun-dried tomato, bread - dark ciabatta. The price of sandwiches is 7 rubles.
After the first bite, it seemed quite pleasant, hot crispy bread...my friend makes comments on the taste, they say, the sandwiches are not the same as before in Lauka. I don't react to her words, I eat on, I get to the filling. Meanwhile, the bread has cooled down... And then the gradation of taste began! It feels like a combination of something between a cheap shawarma and a wet sandwich from an excursion trip, the smell is the same. The filling does not match the one indicated instead of pickled cucumber, I was shamelessly given salty, and the sauce tastes like thin mayonnaise... Next, we came to the conclusion that the same ham was cut into the meat component of both sandwiches.
We joked and laughed a lot about what was slipped to us for 7 rubles. But joking aside, the sandwiches went to the trash... The mysteries of tastes, from which physiological urges arise, are not my topic. Personally, I will now bypass this place and tell my friends the story of the "glorious" sandwich. I wish success to those standing in line. Save and preserve.
