An ordinary place, an ordinary coffee, there are many such places in the city. I've never understood the admiration for the Shop. It's just a passing place and there is a courtyard (and it doesn't seem to be theirs). Crowds of people. There's nothing supernatural at all. A cheap interior that has not been invested in recently. There is nowhere to sit inside, there is no toilet.

I visited this institution a few months ago, the visit ended with a police call, because the staff flatly refused to issue a book of comments and suggestions, thereby violating the law of the Republic of Belarus. The reason for my desire to make an entry in the book is that the cook rudely and rudely ordered my friend to get off and no longer sits on the windowsill. This behavior seemed inappropriate to me, the window sill is clearly used as a bench there, which is noticeable by its worn appearance, besides there are very few other chairs and seats in the institution. And there was also a huge queue and the cook should have concentrated on his work and not collected the queue, then there would have been no desire to sit down in this eatery. I leave a review here for one reason - the management of the institution (as well as the staff) violated the law and did not respond to my comment / suggestion within the statutory period of 14 days, i.e. I did not receive a response. If you don't want to run into rudeness and a long wait, it's better not to go. I'm definitely not going there anymore.

- The entrance is without a sign, the menu is hanging on the window from the side of the street near something similar to a sign. My friend and I stood there for a long time with our wallets, but no one told us that there was a room. The door to the room without any inscription "Lauka".
- The room itself is terribly cramped.
- The full menu is on the street, there are pieces of it inside and then only at the checkout
- They don't give you a receipt, the order is purely in the name (How can you be sure that this is your order?)
- I've said several times that I need a sandwich with dried tomatoes and WITHOUT meat. We sat down at a table outside, I opened it, and there was a sandwich with ordinary tomatoes and sausage. I swapped with a friend for a sandwich with guacamole, and it's sour from lemon
