We rested here at the crossroads June-July 2019. I liked everything, the service, the beach is gorgeous, from the zone of 18 + 100 meters, it was constantly looked after. This sea should be seen, it is very beautiful, as everywhere in Mexico (except that there may be algae locally, but we were lucky, there were none). Meals for 5!!! Alcohol, if anyone is interested, is branded in the 18+ zone and it is included in the All inclusive.
One of the points is that all tour operators position it as 5*, but it is a strong 4* (this is also noted on their website)
It is also a fairly convenient location, all excursions are closer from here, plus you can walk (25 min) to the city of Playa Del Carmen, take a walk there, from there swim to Cozumel on your own or take a bus to Cancun.
P.S.
And don't forget that they may not let you into Mexico, 20 people were deported from our flight, so it's better to insure the trip, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous. There are several restaurants, the food is all delicious, the chefs cook perfectly.There is a children's kitchen. There is a water park for children on the territory. Cleanliness is everywhere. All the family members liked it very much. We recommend it.
